Just before the rain
The idea for this track was born from listening to a piano experiment by Meccaniche del Suono (https://soundcloud.com/meccaniche-del-suono/2-di-3-hole-third-disquiet0698). The sound of the piano (Meccaniche del Suono) made me imagine that moment of suspension in the air just before the rain. I thank the author (@meccaniche-del-suono) for the permission to rework and publish the track. I invite you to visit his very interesting Soundcloud page.

Nameless children
This song is for Palestine. The voices at the end of the track were recorded during a pro-Palestine demonstration in Naples. My name has dissolved letter by letter, into the air. My dreams have vanished in a timeless sky I don't remember my face Jewish soldiers stole it They dissolved it And now I no longer have a name, nor a face Like my land, torn and devastated.

The idea for this track was born from listening to a vocal experiment by Wildsilences (Wildsilences is no longer on SoundCloud, but will forever stay on Bandcamp, https://wildsilences.bandcamp.com/). I tried to reproduce the voice as if it were a sound far from the sea. I thank the author for the permission to rework and publish the track. I invite you to visit his very interesting Bandcamp page.

Laurieddhu
This track draws inspiration from the rhythms and sounds of popular music from southern Italy (Neapolitan tammuriata and pizzica salentina) with electronic processing and recordings of voices and sounds from some Neapolitan markets. The Laurieddhu is a mischievous elf from the folklore of southern Italy, in Naples he is known as Munaciello. He never appears during the day. Very similar and corresponding figures to this spirit are also found in other Italian regions or in the tradition of the Irish Leprechaun.

Komorebi
The idea of this track comes from listening to the track Un Momento 2 by Rosmarino Baia(https://soundcloud.com/rosmarinobaia). Komorebi (木漏れ日)in the Japanese language is the light that filters through the leaves of the trees, a brief but very intense moment that expresses a state of mind, a feeling that is elusive, like the rays of the sun filtering through the leaves trees in a forest or during an eclipse. A magical sensation, but at the same time also melancholic, which reminds us of the impermanence and constant changeability of all things. Thanks again to Rosmarino Baia for the collaboration, I invite to visit his very interesting page and listening to his great music: https://soundcloud.com/rosmarinobaia

False Awakening
A false awakening is a vivid and convincing dream about awakening from sleep, while the dreamer in reality continues to sleep. After a false awakening, subjects often dream they are performing daily morning routine such as showering, cooking, cleaning, eating, and using the bathroom. False awakenings, mainly those in which one dreams that they have awoken from a sleep that featured dreams, take on aspects of a double dream or a dream within a dream. A classic example is the double false awakening of the protagonist in Gogol's Portrait (1835).(https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/False_awakening) Thanks for some sounds used in this track: https://freesound.org/people/PhonosUPF/sounds/494119/ https://freesound.org/people/Jedo/sounds/396864/ https://freesound.org/people/rsellick/sounds/545531/ https://freesound.org/people/the_very_Real_Horst/sounds/220559/ https://freesound.org/people/reacthor/sounds/238073/ https://freesound.org/people/funkymuskrat/sounds/221475/ https://freesound.org/people/tosha73/sounds/495771/

Wood Wide Web
The concept of the “wood-wide web” is a term that’s been coined by scientists and biologists studying the underground systems of roots and fungi which ultimately create a family tree of connections across the planet. In short, all forests “hold hands” under the earth. Communicating through a subterranean internet, trees are able to feed those in need from miles away and grow stronger together According to Suzanne Simard, who’s been studying the phenomenon for decades, while it may not be immediately visible, it creates palpable energy. “When I walk into a forest, I feel the spirit of the whole thing, everything working together in harmony,” she tells Smithsonian Magazine’s Richard Grant. “It doesn’t make evolutionary sense for trees to behave like resource-grabbing individualists,” Simard explains, noting that instead, a “healthy stable forest” benefits most when everyone thrives. “That’s why they’ve evolved to help their neighbors.” (https://alpynbeauty.com/blogs/alpyn-crush/woods-wide-web)

Heterotopy
Heterotopy is a term coined by the French philosopher Michel Foucault to indicate "those spaces that have the particular characteristic of being connected to all the other spaces, but in such a way as to suspend, neutralize or invert the set of relations that they themselves designate, they reflect or mirror ». The mirror is, for example, heterotopic, we see ourselves where we are not, in an unreal space that opens virtually behind the surface but which, at the same time, is an absolutely real place, connected to all the space that surrounds it. The Red Cove
This track was composed and recorded in collaboration with Ras Caleb (drums and percussion), a polyhedric artist (painter, sculptor, musician) and a dear friend of mine. Visit his web pages: https://soundcloud.com/user-561328220 - http://www.farella-arte.com The Taiji dolphin drive hunt is based on driving dolphins and other small cetaceans into a small bay where they can be killed or captured for their meat and for sale to dolphinariums (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Taiji_dolphin_drive_hunt). During the entire six-month long hunting season dolphins are routinely subjected to harassment, suffering and abuse. Dolphins are chased, injured, manhandled, run-over by skiffs, dragged, drowned, taken captive and slaughtered. Entire pods of dolphins are decimated, from the very young to the very old. (https://www.dolphinproject.com/campaigns/save-japan-dolphins/) Sea in the cove turns red with blood as dolphins are slaughtered. The massacre of dolphins in Taiji is the symbol of human indifference towards Life.
