As founder of a tech platform electricianXchange which uses technology and AI to connect employers to jobseekers whether they be qualified A-Grade electricians, apprentices from pre-apprentices to first to fourth year apprentices and whether its for a perm, full-time, contract or casual basis - I see a lot happening on the employment front. And I see many gaps in the market place but also many many oportunities in this same market place. After all with the electrification of the world happening from EVs to smart homes, smart devices, battery connection to renewables / the grid this industry has a very bright (sorry to use this) future.So this podcast series looks at addressing the various gaps and the various opportunities this industry presents to anyone within the industry and those contemplating joining this industry.
