Find yourself
“It’s 3 am and I am sleepless, can’t move, stuck in my own darkness with the only question in my mind- am I good enough? with random outbursts to get my life on track” But what is off track? This is what makes us different, this is what makes us human. This podcast talks about self-image issues popping out from the fake “perfect” images we create for ourselves, which might not be unrealistic but is definitely not our true self. Self love
‘I don't like my nose’, ‘Nah, this color won't suit me’, ‘that shirt won't fit me’, ‘maybe it is all my fault that I’m like this. Haven't we all heard phrases like these from people around us and maybe used it ourselves too? We forget to embrace our flaws by giving power to the ‘comparison attitude’ instilled in our minds. We also forget how essential self-love is and how it sets a base for all kinds of relationships in our lives. Self-love is all about fostering and cultivating physical and emotional gratitude and acceptance for oneself. Tune into this episode, which is all about self-love, self-care, and self-compassion and their ultimate importance in our lives.

It’s not you, It’s me
It’s not you, It’s meWe’ve all once or twice heard “it’s not you, it’s me” from someone or the other now we wouldn’t know if this is an indication to stay or leave because definitely there is a fine line between fighting the storm for someone because they’re not doing okay or simply leaving them because they are toxic. This podcast talks about opinions on infidelity with both sides of the story, “of someone who cheats and someone who gets’s cheated on”. To conclude is wrong, but to love being out of love wouldn’t be completely wrong. Ethics, pleasure, mental health, fights of the mind? What’s the reason? Once upon a mistake, I loved you, or did I love you? A feeling of being feasted on your soul that it drained out the last bit of your blood. A feeling of being the devil and the pain it bears with it to turn everything into poison whenever touched.
