Audio-GA3-AA2-EV02. (zero, first and second conditional, self-direction)
Hello, Good nigh. My name is Juan Sebastián López López, my program digital animation. My instructor is Fantini Mosquera, and the name of this activity is: Evidence number 2. In my academic and work experience, I have learned the importance of leadership and responsibility. For example, if I don’t manage my time well, I cannot complete my activities successfully. That is why flexibility and adaptability are essential skills. I know that in my future, if I have the chance to face new challenges, I will adapt quickly and look for solutions. Also, I believe that if I had more opportunities to lead a team, I would guide others with responsibility and respect. Being self-directed allows me to make decisions and take responsibility for my actions. Flexibility helps me adjust to changes in my academic and work contexts. These skills are very important for professional growth and for becoming a good leader.
