They met more than 20 years ago at an amazing and incredibly diverse school in Chicago -- in fact, there are 47 different native languages spoken within the school’s population. Michelle and Jennifer still teach at that school. Chanmi moved and works as a instructional coach for a district in northern California.The idea for Evolved Educator started because whenever these three friends would meet the conversation always morphed into education best practices, and how to help their students learn. Over the last two decades, there have been big shifts in education.
