For the last 10 months, I've been working as a Care Coordinator for a company. That company profits from the complexity of the US's healthcare system. Understanding insurance is a full-time job that most people don't have the time to work -- let alone understand. I want to help navigate the system we live under and answer questions that help you be your own advocate. I want to be better than any explanation of benefits you receive in the mail.
