Philipp Srock is a student at NTNU Gjøvik, researching beautification and how biometric models can handle it. In this episode, we dive a bit deeper into the use of biometrics. Together with two of Mobai's researchers, Hassan Askary and Tawsin Uddin Ahmed, Brage talks about deepfake detection, and something called inject attacks, which is various types of attacks against identity systems.One of the challenges is staying ahead of the bad guys, who try to outsmart the biometric systems.- This is an arms race, it's a cat and mouse chase.
