Navigating Values Levels in Business
In this episode of Faceplants to Finish Lines, Chad breaks down how values levels can shape leadership, team dynamics, and organizational growth. This isn't theory. It's lived experience. Chad walks through each stage of business evolution: from the early, survival-driven hustle of a startup to structured operations, performance-driven growth, and eventually integration within a large corporate system. Along the way, he reveals a critical insight: organizations don't evolve evenly and neither do people. This episode reframes common workplace challenges such as turnover, resistance, misalignment, and culture breakdown, not as failures in strategy, but as mismatches in developmental stages. More importantly, Chad outlines what it takes to lead through that complexity and evolve into a leader who can operate across all levels. What You'll Learn in This Episode · What values levels (Spiral Dynamics) are and how they apply inside organizations · Why teams and organizations don't evolve at the same pace and how that creates friction · How leadership styles must adapt at each stage of business growth · How to recognize values-level mismatches inside your team or organization · What it means to lead as an integrated, adaptive leader across multiple levels You can't force people into higher levels of thinking but you can lead in a way that supports their evolution.

Evolving Into Integrated Masculinity
In this episode of Faceplants to Finish Lines, Chad explores how masculinity develops and why so many men today feel lost, conflicted, or quietly exhausted trying to get it right. This conversation isn't about attacking or defending masculinity. It's about understanding it as a developmental process. Chad breaks down how men evolve through distinct values levels and explains how masculinity can stagnate at different stages and how unresolved stress, trauma, and nervous system dysregulation keep men trapped in outdated patterns. He reframes anger, shutdown, overworking, and emotional detachment not as character flaws but as signals of unfinished development. This episode offers a roadmap for integrating strength and compassion, discipline and emotional fluency, power and presence - so men can evolve into grounded, capable leaders in their families and communities. What You'll Learn in This Episode · Why masculinity is developmental · The different values levels men evolve through · How stagnation at certain stages leads to anger, burnout, emotional shutdown, or ego-driven behavior · Why stress causes regression to earlier survival patterns · How to evolve into a man who is both strong and compassionate, assertive and grounded Masculinity is not broken. It's unfinished.

From Stress to Stability: Understanding Your Next Evolution
In this episode of Faceplants to Finish Lines, Chad takes a deep look at chronic stress and why it's quietly eroding men's performance, health, relationships, and sense of identity. Drawing from his own experience of grinding through years of anxiety, burnout, and pressure, Chad explains why stress isn't a personal weakness but a signal. Using the framework of Spiral Dynamics, he breaks down how stress shows up differently at each values level and why many men feel overwhelmed, angry, disconnected, or exhausted without understanding the root cause. This episode reframes stress as developmental feedback and offers a powerful roadmap for navigating modern masculinity, mental health, and personal evolution. Rather than coping or numbing out, Chad explains how men can learn to read stress, regulate their nervous systems, and evolve into more grounded, purpose-driven leaders. What You'll Learn in This Episode · Why chronic stress is damaging men's mental health, hormones, relationships, and physical performance · How stress acts as a signal - not a life sentence -when viewed through Spiral Dynamics · Why anger, burnout, emotional shutdown, and overworking often stem from a values-level mismatch · Why modern men can't leave their evolution to chance in today's fast-paced world · How integrating physical challenges, nervous system work, and mindset tools supports real transformation You are not broken. You are evolving.

From Breakdown to Breakthrough: Understanding Your Evolution
In this episode of Faceplants to Finish Lines, Chad Bentley shares the personal framework that helped rebuild his life when traditional self-help no longer worked: Spiral Dynamics. Chad opens up about living for years trapped in stress, anxiety, and destructive patterns. What he eventually discovered was not a personal flaw, but a mismatch between his life challenges and his values level. This episode breaks down each values level in Spiral Dynamics, how it shows up in modern life, and what men actually need at each stage to evolve. More importantly, Chad reframes struggle as transition and explains how men evolve through distinct stages of values, identity, and consciousness and why growth often feels uncomfortable, destabilizing, or confusing before it becomes transformative. What You'll Learn in This Episode What Spiral Dynamics is and why it provides a powerful roadmap for personal growth Why stress, burnout, and identity breakdown often signal that you've outgrown your current values level The eight values levels in Spiral Dynamics and how they show up in modern life Why you are not broken or failing - you are evolving This conversation is about evolution, not perfection—and about becoming a grounded, capable, purpose-driven man in today's world.
