Vaccine Safety Questions
Anyone who questions the safety of any vaccination or schedule is considered by most to be an anti-vaxxer or a disinformation spreader. When did asking questions become so abhorrent? The scientific method is based on asking questions and looking for alternate hypotheses. The conversations are just beginning but they need to occur. For true informed consent, we need to discuss benefits and risks of any treatment. In this episode, I talk about the Senate Subcommittee Meeting: "How the Corruption of Science has impacted public perception and policies regarding vaccines." During this meeting, a study was introduced about the impact of vaccines on chronic disease in children that compared unvaccinated to vaccinated children. The results have remained unpublished for 5 years. I also talk about the legal case brought against the CDC by Dr. Paul Thomas regarding the safety of the current combined children's vaccination schedule. I discuss the 2 studies recently released showing an increased risk of cancer after Covid vaccination. For the health of our children and nation, I hope we continue asking questions.

No Laughing Matter
The measure of a life after all, is not its duration, but its donation. Corrie ten BoomNew episodes to come soon, but I didn't feel I could ignore what I saw happening in the world with the death of Charlie Kirk, and not comment on it. Everyday, I work with patients , fighting for their lives or those of their loved ones. Life is precious and a gift, not to be taken for granted or mocked. What we do and say each day, matters. Live each day with love in your heart, not hate.

Ivermectin and Cancer Care Q & A
I have been inundated with questions from patients about ivermectin and cancer. In this episode, I answer the most often asked questions and give guidance on the use of ivermectin and other repurposed drugs and supplements to help fight cancer. I specifically reference Dr. Paul Marik and his book "Cancer Care" , the Independent Medical Alliance, and new information regarding the importance of treating cancer stem cell lines. I hope this episode provides you additional information as you pursue your path to healing.

Reversing Alzheimer's Toolkit
In this episode, I discuss the book "Reversing Alzheimer's... The New Toolkit to Improve Cognition and Protect Brain Health" by Dr. Heather SandisonDespite what we have been told, dementia is not the beginning of the end. For some people, it can be reversed or improved dramatically. For others, it can be stabilized allowing years more of improved functioning and relationships. It isn't easy and it can require many changes to a person's current lifestyle and routine, but it is doable and allows hope for those dealing with this issue for themselves or loved ones. Hope is what sustains us in the everyday battles of life. This toolkit can equip you to fight the dementia battle armed with information and help.

Time for a change
It’s that time of year again. A time when people commit to making positive changes in their life in the upcoming year. Most people will falter and give up, sometimes by Feb 1st. However, I encourage you to make a change for your future and keep with it even if you falter. Better health doesn’t require a perfect commitment but making better choices 80-90% of the time. It’s time for a change. For yourself, our nation, and Tennessee. In this podcast, I talk about cellular health and some lies about health that you still might be believing. Commit to change today. Broken Metabolism-Fix your Mitochondria
Let food by thy medicine and medicine be thy food- Hippocrates Many clinicians believe and talk about disease starting from a misfunctioning cell brought on by dietary and lifestyle choices. While our genes can make us susceptible, it is our daily choices, both mental and physical, that really influence metabolic health and chronic disease. In this episode, we address the root cause of disease and dysfunction starting at the cellular level. I discuss the book "Good Energy" by Dr. Casey Means and her suggestions for increased metabolism and cellular health. Hopefully, this episode will encourage you and your family to make healthier choices. It is not easy, but the power of change is within you. 1 Corinthians 10:31 (ESV) So, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God.

Lessons from Africa
We should never stop learning. The United States medical system could learn a few things from Africa. We did not fare as well as they did during the Covid Pandemic and with cancer rates soaring, we need to reevaluate what we are doing for patient care. In this episode, I talk about some statistics from Zimbabwe compared to the United States. Bigger is not always better, and when you ignore facts, people get hurt.

When a pharmacist doesn't want to dispense prescriptions
Proverbs 18:15 (NKJV) The heart of the prudent acquires knowledge, And the ear of the wise seeks knowledge. What happens when a pharmacist doesn't want to dispense prescription medications? That's where I am at right now. I have always been interested in the root cause of conditions and using herbs and nutraceuticals to treat conditions in addition to, or in place, of prescription medications. I still believed in the medical system and was a big proponent of educating patients on properly taking their medications and potential adverse effects. I still believe in education, but recent events and what I saw during the pandemic have shifted my way of thinking. This episode talks about that transition and the need for patients to take control of their own health through diet and lifestyle changes. It may not be easy, but you are not alone in this journey.

Cancer-Why the sudden rise?
Our battle with cancer rages on and the last few years have seen an increase like never before of turbo cancers, increased mortality, and relapses from remission. We need to be looking at what we are doing wrong and possible causes. This episode addresses one factor in light of new research, but I don't want to leave this topic here. Regardless of our past choices, we can make changes for a different future. You have it within you to make those changes and I hope to encourage you with upcoming episodes so stay tuned.

Spot of Hope-patient update
In this season of hope, I offer up a small dose. I recently received an update from a patient who chose to follow his own path and try a more nontraditional approach to his healthcare. I offer up this segment as an encouragement to those who have been told that there is only one option or no options in regard to their healthcare. That is not true. There can be more effective, more affordable, or less invasive options. Choosing to not do anything can also be an option. Not everyone will choose the same option if faced with the same situation. That is okay. The thing we should remember is that we do have options and sometimes we have to seek them out. Merry Christmas!

Brain Health - Part 2 BRIGHT MINDS
BRIGHT MINDS- B-R-I When looking at brain health, Dr. Amen, a psychiatrist trained in SPECT scans and founder of Amen Clinics, came up with an acronym with each letter standing for 1 area of our life/body that can impact brain health. This episode discusses in depth the first 3 categories. While Dr. Amen came up with this acronym, he is not alone. I have found in my research that many others have addressed these same subjects for optimal brain health, as well as overall health. Focusing on prevention of issues or correcting deficiencies offers us a better solution than relying on medications that don't work well or have unacceptable side effects. Listen in and be encouraged that there is hope outside of psychiatric medications for better brain health for yourself and your loved ones.

Brain Health-Not Mental Illness
The brain is an organ just like the heart and pancreas. It requires special care to function correctly. Instead of stigmatizing or labeling individuals that suffer from mental illness or cognition issues, we need to find ways to address the cause or biology of the issue. We should focus on increasing the function or health of the brain while decreasing those activities or substances that harm the brain. Let's focus on brain health. Connect with me at [email protected] if you have any questions.

Seriously, Y'all, Stop It!
Seriously, Y'all, Stop It! I am not talking about ivermectin, but the modified SARS COV 2 booster that is recommended for persons aged 6 months and older by the FDA. In this episode, I talk about why it shouldn't be recommended especially in children under 5. This is my medical opinion based on studies which I reference in the podcast. If you wish to have further discussion or have any questions then reach out to me at [email protected]

A Spirit of Fear
2 Timothy 1:7 For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind. In 2020-2021, I saw multiple groups affected by fear. There was a lot that we didn't know so caution was warranted but fear for a lot of people became a constant state of mind. It wasn't good then and it isn't good now. As Christians, the Bible continually reminds us to have faith and not fear but instead be strong and courageous. It is not easy and often requires action on our part but living in fear is really not living at all. Now there are groups in 2023 that want to encourage that fear again and I ask that you instead pursue love and a sound mind so that you can be strong and courageous this time around.

A Time To Mourn
Ecclesiastes 3:4 A time to weep, and a time to laugh; a time to mourn, and a time to dance; It is inevitable that we will lose someone. None of us are guaranteed to live forever on this Earth. Sometimes, we have time to process the loss and sometimes it takes us by complete surprise. How we handle the grief and how we choose to mourn are different for everyone but it has to be dealt with or our own health and wellness can suffer. In this episode, I talk about a life well lived, honoring those who have passed, and who can help with the process.

Q&A: How can I recover from the Vaccine?
This week I am answering a question I received that asked how can I reverse the two injections of the vaccine that I received in 2021. While you can't reverse the effects, you may be able to minimize any adverse effects or prevent further complications. My answer is based on current knowledge that is subject to change as we gather more information.

The Cost of Convenience
Luke 14:28 "For which of you, desiring to build a tower, does not first sit down and count the cost, whether he has enough to complete it?" The cost of something doesn't always refer to money. By counting the cost, you are agreeing to certain terms and expectations. When it comes to your health, are you truly counting the cost when you choose the most convenient option? In this episode, I talk about what the true cost to your health might be when you only consider convenience. Questions? [email protected]

Such a Time as This - Part 3
Esther 4:14 "...And who knows whether you have not come to this kingdom for such a time as this?" Conclusion of my story/experience during the pandemic specifically addressing the vaccines during the first part and early treatment during the last part of this episode. God put pieces in place that allowed me to step up and help others. Are you being called to step up? We all have a purpose and calling that we need to follow even if we don't do it perfectly. God doesn't ask for perfection, just obedience. Please write to [email protected] if you have any health questions or comments.

Such a Time as This - Part 1
The pandemic was a difficult time for many including myself. I scrambled to find answers and had to make difficult choices sometimes. I want to share part of my story and why this verse from Esther kept playing in my head. Be encouraged to know that God sets things in place that we need way before we need them. Esther 4:14 "For if you keep silent at this time, relief and deliverance will rise for the Jews from another place, but you and your father's house will perish. And who knows whether you have not come to the kingdom for such a time as this?"
