Susan started her career in banking and worked in retail, corporate and private banks for 11 years in both the North and South of Ireland. She then moved into academia and held a fellowship at the Dublin Institute of Technology. After moving to Munich in 2004, Susan founded Globe Business College and has spent the last decade and a half perfecting a unique education model that centers on one-on-one, customized business education for the sons and daughters of family company owners.
