Two years ago, I went to Bali.Spoiler alert: I didn't really like it. It's too touristy for my taste. One of the moments I enjoyed most was the sunrise on Mount Batur. It was really great! I was able to book this activity online on a specialized website. But there's one activity that made me raise an eyebrow: a tour of the island's Instagrammable spots! What the f**k?!But where have the encounters gone? The human connections?Traveling isn't just about standing in line to take a photo of an Instagrammable place that everyone has already done. I find this vision sad and reductive, but it reflects the world we unfortunately live in.Through this podcast, I'd like to take the opposite approach: take the time to create connections, discover the wonders of this world.Hi, I'm Tiffany and I'm taking you on a journey to discover the cultures of the world through women's eyes. What? You still haven't noticed that we live in a world imagined, created and run by white men?!Really?
