    Episode 6. Back to your body

    Yoga Nidra practice that focuses on a full body scan for the purpose of releasing tension from each corner of your body. I will ask you to use this time to to find space in your body by being the observer. This Nidra practice is designed to take you out of the thinking, overworked mind, instead using your senses to bring awareness back to the present feeling in your body. This can be one of the quickest ways to find a release and allow yourself to relax. Use this time to be present, to be mindful and to take the thinking out of your day.
