girl advice: moving abroad alone at 21
I never knew how much I would change from this experience. Moving to the other side of the world is defiantly a super scary feat, but it is also the best choice I have ever made and I wouldn't change a thing about it. In this episode I talk about my experience as an exchange student who is now packing up to go home, advice for anyone who is moving abroad, and how this experience went for me. Trusting your path
How do we have faith that the path we are on is the right one? It is not easy to break the habitual thinking that we have been taught, and I have been trying to put more trust in the fact that the things I am doing and the experiences I am having are taking me to exactly where I need to be. I always want to learn and experience as much as I can, and I implore you to strive to discover more about yourself by taking the time to be creative and honest with yourself about what makes you truly happy. Why we have to be accountable for our lives
We all have doubts and restraints that stop us from taking the actions we need take to change our circumstance - so why do we avoid changing? It seems simple: wake up, do the things we have to do and said we would do, and reach our goals. Easy right? Obviously not or we would all be doing it. It's okay to not be perfect, it's okay to want things and feel mentally trapped and unable to reach those goals, but at some point we have to make a choice. Do we want to experience the same things we are experiencing now, or do we want to change?

Be where your feet are
Be present and you will feel alive. I have been spending a lot of time trying to understand how to be happy all the time, but I have come to the realisation that it is not happiness that makes us feel alive, but presence. I think that being where your feet are and having gratitude for your current life, is the only way to truly appreciate your life, and to reach a point where you feel confident, successful, and joyful. This is the whole point
We need to start choosing intent over comfortI don't want to be someone who lets life pass them by, and I am sure many people can relate to that, so why are we all choosing the easy route over the scenic one? It can be tempting to sit and scroll for hours or give up hobbies that challenge us but taking the same path will lead you to the same destination. I am really happy I got this episode up and was able to articulate what I wanted to say, so if you are reading this, thank you for being here and I hope you take something positive from this :)

Becoming someone you'd want to know
The advice that I think is universal - I wanted to talk about how we can all choose to change ourselves for the better, and how our actions and reactions shape who we become as a person. Effort and trying is cool to me, and I think we would all be a lot happier if we realised that becoming the person we want to be comes from doing things that make us feel fulfilled. I don't know if you want to look at yourself and think about the things you don't like and change, It's a difficult thing to do, but the people in your life and your future self will thank you for it. Becoming someone you would want to be around starts with recognising who you are and shifting your morals to match those of the person you want to become.
