I've heard stories about our girls in Kenya and their suffering from period shaming. Mary Anne, our guest, has been championing this initiative by going to schools and offering girls pads and encouraging them not to be afraid. She has also been including the boys in the conversation, encouraging them to be ready to help their female counterparts. We also discuss our growing experiences, including our first experiences in wet dreams and menstruation.
