On this new segment "Food for Thought with Pastor Jared" we go into the story of Lazarus, both stories! John Pastor Jared is a man of detail and because of that he can bring a totally different perspective that I personally have never noticed. This episode I had the honor of interviewing one of my coworkers, Terry. About 3 years ago he lost his daughter to her suicide, and it forever changed his life and everyone around him. This was definitely one of my hardest podcasts so far but knowing that there are other people out there that have gone through the same things I knew it needed to be done to let everyone know you are not alone in this life journey.

In this episode I give a little more of my life experiences and how God really does see you and will call you out by name and how that's happened in my life, time and time again. 

During this episode I get into the difference of what conviction is verses condemnation and how to tell the two apart. These two emotions always get mistaken and if you truly know the difference between the two it really will change your life!

This is the follow up podcast to episode one about depression and the Bible. I get into more of how to control your own depression and other emotions, I give yall examples in my life and in the world of how to do it. now just so yall know this episode is a little bit of tough love but hey that's what I'm here for right? I only want what's best for you and your life, so I do my best to give you some tools to help with that, and help you pin point what's really holding you back from living a life depression and anxiety free. I cannot wait to hear about all yalls experiences!
