Most importantly, we critiqued a polarizing video of a father disciplining his son for failing in school, and speculated on what we'd hope to differently when it's our turn to be fathers.     Episode 16: Please stay home and wash your hands. QUARANTINE! QUARANTINE! QUARANTINE!

    This week the boys finally got their sh*t together and figured out a way to play catch-up. We shared our new found ways of life, broke down our thoughts on the impact of COVID-19 on impoverished countries, and discussed the people making the most of the quarantine (hint: the winner is Tory Lanez)

    Episode 15: Coronavirus!

    This week we each share how the reality or the Coronavirus pandemic has very quickly encroached on our everyday lives, the lives of the people and the sports we love, and altered our plans for the future. We also talked (laughed) about what we and others doing to kill the new found quarantine time. Lastly, we each opened our third eye to dissect the long-awaited Jay (Z) Electronica album.

    Episode 14: Gimme Some SUGA

    After a brief hiatus, WE BACK BABY! This week we discussed Da Baby slapping the lights out of a fan, figuratively and literally. Megan Thee Stallion's label tension and contract woes plus her her new project SUGA. Lastly, we spoke on the Novel Coronavirus has on our worlds.

    Episode 13: Who Paved The Way?

    This week Laide decided to start with a quiz to test our knowledge of black history and to gauge the impact black history month may have had on us.We also break down an exchange between Burna boy and one of his critics on twitter. Lastly but definitely not the least, we discussed Davido's appearance on Wild n out which led to a deeper discussion about jokes based on African caricatures

    Episode 12: Lose Yourself

    This week we hosted our first guest on the podcast! The 5 of us discussed the Oscars and Eminems surprise performance at the event, our thought process behind rating our favorite rappers, Nicki Minaj and Meek Mill's twitter altercation and finally , Michael Vick's thought provoking 30 for 30

    This week we discussed The Big Game -- what we liked, things we didnt. Jay-Z sitting through the National Anthem? The sexy Halftime show! Switched gears to a fiery debate of the meaning of Black History Month and its importance.

    Episode 10: Kobe Lives on

    This week we discuss the untimely passing of a basketball legend and icon, Kobe Bean Bryant, and how it's affecting us so far. We also discussed the Grammy's and all the disappointments that came with the seemingly uninformed award show

    Episode 9: Seems Like CTE?

    The boys kick off the year the way it ended, they  talk about Aaron Hernandez  documentary and the effects of CTE on professional football players, drakes recent interview with rap radar, Odell Beckham Junior causing a ruckus at the LSU vs Clemson game, we also discuss Eminems new album and debate if he is too Old for rap.Movies at the upcoming oscars and the recently concluded screen actors guild awards (SAGA).

    Episode 8: The Weinstein Settlement

    On our last episode for the year, things get a little serious as we discuss the Weinstein settlement and the state of the #metoo movement. We then switch gears to contemplate canceling our Netflix subscriptions at the behest of a spiritual leader. We also debated a little about the one brand we would choose if we could only wear one brand for the rest of our lives

    Episode 7: Cardi "Chioma" B Does Lagos

    On this week's episode, we kick off by delving way too deep into what we are eating, we discussed the two people who got beat up this weekend, Brother Nature and Andy Ruiz. Also Cardi B in Lagos and Ghana,  the collosion of all DC superheroes and we round off with who we expect projects from in 2020

    Episode 6: Queen & Slim

    This week, the boys recount what they got up to during the Thanksgiving break.We also spend some time reviewing The Irishman and Queen & Slim, which led to a deeper conversation about Black trauma as a genre and race relations as a whole. We rounded up with some sports and the proposed changes to the NBA season come 2021.

    On this week's episode, the lads discuss the most shocking things we experienced once we moved to the United States.Review of Davido's new album: A Good time-we also shed some light on a Nigerian senator who wants to pass a bill to censor social media in Nigeria, and LVMH's purchase of Tiffany &co

    On this episode, we find out who in the group knows their movies and who doesn't. We discuss our candidates for top 5 movies of the decade, review Tory Lanez Chixtape 5, make  early grammy predictions and most importantly to us, we  debate  over Kolin Kaepernick's response to the NFL's offer of a private workout

    Episode 3: Boohoo Man

    This week we delve deep into the psyche of the Boohoo man, discuss our feelings on possible disappearance of our near and dear instagram likes -- all before pivoting to the stuff that obviously really matters --- like social media influencers, and what we'd do if we were to wake up with new found social media fame.
