Fort Wayne FC welcomed Charlotte Independence to their Debut at "The Ru," otherwise known as Ruoff Mortgage Stadium. The match has been circled for months by fans in Fort Wayne, and though the stadium is not yet complete, the game was played. For some, it lived up to the hype. For others, the unfinished state of the venue was enough to curb their enthusiasm.
