We are all struggling at some point in our life and maybe even thinking the same thing at times. My goal is to bring real people to come talk on the podcast and let them tell you about their career. The goals they have set and the journey of getting to their goal. What steps they are taking, where are they learning, who is helping if they are getting help, and what does success look like to them. I will also want to talk about skills needed in an ever-changing workforce. How to gain skills. Where to look for skills. And ultimately, how oneself can become the best version of themselves. I want to help others out, because up to now it has been hard to figure things out especially by myself. I don’t want others to struggle when I can tell them what I know on specific subjects. I don’t know it all and I’m saying I do; I just want knowledge to be shared to those who need to hear it or just want to know what is going on in the world.
