In this episode, I talk about my experience at the Earth Daughters Festival that took place in Fairmont Hot Springs, BC. This weekend ripped my wide open and made my soul feel alive, my purpose become clearer and my heart feel so loved. If you ever feel called to attend a women's festival - do it. You will never be the same afterwards. It changed me.

In this episode,  I go over what an OBGYN vs midwife vs doula would do for you! A role of a doula is very unique and I truly believe that a lot of women would benefit from having this support in their pregnancy, birth and postpartum. I will also give you tips on how to find your own doula if you are wanting that support and what to look for when choosing one!

On my birthday, November 30th 2022, I welcomed into my life my sweet baby. My birth story definitely comes in two parts - the light and the dark. This is the light of my story, the birth that went incredibly smoothly and is everything that I could have asked for. I wanted to split this up into two parts as a way to process everything that I went through - the empowerment along with the trauma.
