She adores teaching undergraduates about communication theories and felt a podcast might be an interesting way to broaden that experience. Anna married her husband, Brent, with whom she has three sons, ages six, three, and one. She loves walking with her family to their favorite destinations in their city, St. Paul, MN.

    Gendered Episode 2: Players and Coaches

    Episode 2 of Gendered is here! This week, we cover the Baylor rape scandal. Although many players under Art Briles have expressed a sense of injustice over his termination, we have no insight into his demeanor on and off the field. In an attempt to uncover what other coaches say when "nobody is watching," Anna speaks with college players and coaches to understand how a culture of rape could be harbored in the locker room.
