    37. The Last Hurrah

It's the final episode of Getting You Home On Friday, and we leave our lovely Caesar and Sensus with the lovely Ruth the Toothless Soothsayer. Will she bring positive news of a wonderful, glorious future? Or does she see what horrors humankind brings upon itself, starting with the tragic day in which Harambe dies? Stay tuned to find out!We also wrap up the investigation at the Shabby Seagull Inn overlooking the Straits of Dire, with the great team at Paranormal Patrol. Are there ghosts haunting the estate? Or is it a fever dream that will haunt Buster until the end of his days? And ending the episode, we have a poem and song, both written (the latter sung) by the original writer and creator of GYHOF, Mike Jones. It would have been his birthday this October, so we celebrate his life and the worlds he created with this final episode. We're going home, hopefully with a smile on our faces and a laugh in our belly.Stay safe and enjoy the little things in life.*We acknowledge that the introduction of "Ladies and Gentlemen" is not as inclusive as one would like it to be, but was written and recorded in a different time. We acknowledge that the world is full of billions of individuals, all unique and glorious and we wish to invite all those who enjoy a good laugh.WARNING: Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander listeners are warned that the following program may contain voices of deceased persons. 36. I'm Sure Albert Will Help

The Penultimate episode of Getting You Home Friday brings you another episode of Paranormal Patrol at the Shabby Seagull Inn, looking over the Straits of Dire. Will the team get solid evidence of the ghosts haunting the establishment? Will they finally determine whether the dress is Blue or Aqua? Will Buster need a therapist for all the trauma he has experienced? Who knows...oh wait...we do. Anyway...Ed & Ted discuss the almighty question that plagues everyone at this time of the year. What day is it? Honestly, it's all confusing when Christmas Decorations precede Halloween and Easter Eggs still sneak their way onto shelves. And more importantly, we look at the importance of protection in our short skit. 32. Ahoy Sailor, We Have Budget Studs

It's one of those Fridays where you can finally let work roll off your mind, and the frivolities of the weekend can flutter in front of your mind. The sort of mood that lends itself to the Paranormal Patrol naming a Ghost and greeting an ancient sailor. Where the dramas of Question Time explode into a flurry of pointy fingers and flirtatious comments, and crime is a rising issue, even in the rural areas of Australia, with Ed & Ted.At least the criminals are pretty and the cops are fast.*We acknowledge that the introduction of "Ladies and Gentlemen" is not as inclusive as one would like it to be, but was written and recorded in a different time. 30. Goblins, Flies and Ghosts, Oh My!

Click go the shears boys, sold in a hurry over the internet to some foreign buyer. I remember a time when Australia rode on the sheep's back, but I can't seem to picture the saddle. Ah, yes, welcome to another endearing journey to the famed outback.  A country where time stood still..... and died. And then once we wash our hands of the flies and the dirt, we join the intrepid team of Paranormal Patrol chasing things that go bump in the night...and ghosts...Then we end this week's episode with two relatively sweet and innocent Goblins planning a great meal for the end of the week. Or are they?*We acknowledge that the introduction of "Ladies and Gentlemen" is not as inclusive as one would like it to be, but was written and recorded in a different time. 29. You Forgot the Interns

Today we read from the Journal of Scott of the Antarctic, a remarkable explorer in any terms...or is he? Then we join our amazing team at Paranormal Team for some hard-hitting questions, like, what is the shadow in the bar? Why is the Lady in Blue looking out to see? Does the Thermonuclear Camera cause cancer? To end this enthralling episode, we ask another question of Ed and Ted; we've been to cities that never close down, so why do they lock their doors? From the cold of the Antarctic Region, to the heat of the Australian Outback and the chills of Paranormal Investigations, we have a few witty banters to brighten the end of your work week.*We acknowledge that the introduction of "Ladies and Gentlemen" is not as inclusive as one would like it to be, but was written and recorded in a different time. 28. We Have a Back Door?

Hark, I hear the sounds of ghouls and ghosts, the dead rattling chains and the eerie sounds of seagulls off the coast. It's Paranormal Patrol! Our favourite Paranormal Hunters return for a thrilling new investigation along the Straits of Dire. We are also hearing the next instalment of On the Roman Nose. Is this the end of the drama surrounding Shadana the Personality? And we have a thrilling snippet of a much-loved sporting event. So many things to look forward to, so little time. *We acknowledge that the introduction of "Ladies and Gentlemen" is not as inclusive as one would like it to be, but was written and recorded in a different time. 27. Shadana the Personality

Caesar is going through some tough times. He did, in all fairness, say that he could have peace with Persia IF and only IF King Nordsan Xerxes did NOT offer his daughter's hand in marriage. It's a fair boundary, right? How far will King Norsdan Xerxes go? How far will Caesar go? What does Cleopatra think of all of this? And sandwiched between these two glorious On the Roman Nose episodes, is a gorgeous segment by our one and only fabulous Fashion Guru. See spot run. See Fedux doing odd things with the mail and his nipples.See Dick Clever trying to wrap the case up before someone else ends up with a Cod Piece in their ear. See all of this with your mind as you listen to the latest episode of Getting You Home On Friday. It's another week of fun, chaos, and bountiful wit and humour. 25. A Good Frisking at the Party

Good Day, today the Prime Minister's approval rating has slipped in the Polls, however, his ratings have improved with the Germans and remains flat with the French. Ed & Ted are debriefing after a family party (who was that guy with the mo' and limp?) and we tune in once again to Dick Clever for the Penultimate episode. It was 9:55 and a mist rolled in from the lounge room as they were questioning the enormous character of Cecil Lardbottom. Three stories and skits, three chances for a giggle and a laugh on this day we call Friday (or whatever day you're listening to).  *We acknowledge that the introduction of "Ladies and Gentlemen" is not as inclusive as one would like it to be, but was written and recorded in a different time. 24. Tongs for the Memories

So, the next lead lay dead on the slab in Doc's room. Or at least his head. Who had killed Ernest Nutpucker, and why had he ordered alarge quantity of fish fingers? It was late, and Dick had yet another dead end or end dead....Meanwhile, Caesar and Sensus were dealing with a crisis of a different kind...an accountant! All so crucial, all so precise...all so very...very...precise.So join us for a nice short and sweet On the Roman Nose and Dick Clever episode. Murder and Ancient Rome? Say less.   *We acknowledge that the introduction of "Ladies and Gentlemen" is not as inclusive as one would like it to be, but was written and recorded in a different time. Come with me now, down the little road to a land that time forgot, where stories run rife with wit and comedy, and tales grow by the bunches. Ed & Ted are chatting...again...but this time the subject is extracurricular activities. Dick had just begun questioning the giant food distributor, Cecil Lardbottom. The only man in history whose stomach was affected by The moon's gravity. But, are we any closer to finding the character behind the Cod Piece Murders? Or is this just another red herring? And we have another enthralling story from the wonderful Old Edgar. 14. Caesar, The Archbishop, and a Detective walk into a Bar

During tumultuous changes in this world of ours, we turn to the intelligence, wisdom and understanding of the Archbishop, the diplomacy and gentle rule of Lord Caesar and the incredible justice work by Detective Clever. Scratch that, we turn to the humour that all three worlds provide, with puns, quick wit and more twists and turns than that Labyrinth they stuck that cowman in. Between visiting the Coliseum for some good old-fashioned entertainment, listening to the bewildering musings of Adhere in Dick Clever and listening to the chaotic mind of the Archbishop, I think we have enough humour to get you through the end of the week.  *We acknowledge that the introduction of "Ladies and Gentlemen" is not as inclusive as one would like it to be, but was written and recorded in a different time. 12. Introducing our Private Dick

It's Friday sometime in April and we join our newest Detective on the block, Dick Clever, for an all-round stylistic and amusing approach to crime. Not just any crime, but one involving cod pieces. Disturbingly curious. We then take you to the Doctor's office, where nothing is quite as it seems, and then some amusing storytelling with Ed & Ted. They just can't seem to understand "women folk" these days. In turn, I don't quite understand them so I think we're even.  Either way, we hope you enjoy another week of skits both short and long, and remember size doesn't matter, as long as it tickles your fancy. *We acknowledge that the introduction of "Ladies and Gentlemen" is not as inclusive as one would like it to be, but was written and recorded in a different time. 11. For Pittius Sake, it’s Ol’ Blue and Edgar.

It's Friday and we have a nice bag of mixed skits to get you through the week. We bring you political chaos and humour with On the Roman Nose, some good old Australian love for the Blue Heeler in Ed & Ted, and a glorious entrance with one of our favourite Characters, Old Edgar. We explore the beauty of names, lineage, the glories of youth and the importance a good exorcism at the end of a week.  So sit back, relax and have a laugh at the end of another chaotic week.   *We acknowledge that the introduction of "Ladies and Gentlemen" is not as inclusive as one would like it to be, but was written and recorded in a different time. 10. Prophecy, Fate and the Odd Bogey

It's Friday, finish up the week with a smile or a laugh and join Caesar and Sensus in dealing with crime and justice, a short a merry skit to break up the episode and finish with the finale of Paranormal Patrol at Lady Loosely's Head. It's not goodbye forever for the Paranormal Patrol, but they do need to wrap up this investigation and answer once and for all, is the gaol at Lady Loosely's Head haunted? And also who is doing the haunting? Does the HR department need to know about Buster and the Stool? Does insurance handle ghost related accidents? For all that and more, join us on Getting You Home On Friday! *We acknowledge that the introduction of "Ladies and Gentlemen" is not as inclusive as one would like it to be, but was written and recorded in a different time. 9. Dry, Dry, Just Not in Question Time

No matter where in the world you are, you're probably looking for an escape and we have just the thing. Some more spooky, punny adventures with Paranormal Patrol, some Ed & Ted in the Australian Outback, and one of our personal favourites, a skit from Question Time. Some political satire to end the week with. Though with all the political chaos one must ask, how much is too much, and what is satire when everything is a bit of a joke...Some old school laughs for a modern time, join us a for a chuckle, stay for the laughs.    *We acknowledge that the introduction of "Ladies and Gentlemen" is not as inclusive as one would like it to be, but was written and recorded in a different time. 8. My Precious Doowdrah Eniuneg

In this stunningly bizarre week of March, we try to humour you with gags, jokes and more gags with Short Skits, On the Roman Nose and Paranormal Patrol. How does Caesar deal with news from overseas? Who left the skid marks on the Marbled Palace floor? Who are the barbarians? And of course we continue our enthusiastic group of investigators as they devise ways to communicate with the dead and their colleagues alike. Buster just can't seem to get the message...Wishing you a gorgeously lazy or adventurous weekend ahead to leave the week behind.   *We acknowledge that the introduction of "Ladies and Gentlemen" is not as inclusive as one would like it to be, but was written and recorded in a different time. 6. Dogs, Dodecahedrons and a Gold Star for Pete.

Friday I'm in love, with some good old fashioned soap opera drama, a very good dog on the farms at Ed & Ted and some more ghosts busting on Paranormal Patrol. Whose the bestest boy in the middle of nowhere? Will we ever get a satisfying love triangle in an audio series? Will the team on Paranormal Patrol finally get some solid evidence of the unknown? There's only one way to find out, hope you enjoy. *We acknowledge that the introduction of "Ladies and Gentlemen" is not as inclusive as one would like it to be, but was written and recorded separately in a different time, reflecting a different era.
