Dj Elaya was born in Athens, Greece. From a very young age he got introduced to a variety of music through his family’s record shop. The fact that he was in a music environment almost since he was born, helped him to be up to date with what was happening in the music industry. Music for him became soon a way of life. When he grew up he started to manage the record shop. It didn’t take him long to realize that music would be his full time employment for the rest of his life. His next thought was to get a pair of decks and a mixer.On the tender age of 13, he had his first proposal to dj as a resident at a club. In 2000, began his first radio show on RADIODEEJAY and was the resident dj to all the parties that radio station was giving. He had also offers to work as radio producer to many radio stations such as Must fm. His enrolment with the media caught the attention of partysan magazine in Greece.
