Using the many skills, modalities, knowledge and epiphanies gained over the years from different life experiences, combined with both physical and meta-sciences, her goal is to empower and heal the hearts of others by releasing pain, anger, fear and trauma from the body, mind, heart and soul. Assisting people to move forward in better understanding and appreciation of themselves, and to gain a deeper connection with other hu-mans, also on a path of becoming more aware. Achieving a new perspective of life and being a hu-man being becoming more. Her love of knowledge, combined with a passion for teaching, is a driving force in designing stacked learning courses, with hu-man evolution in mind, that utilize accepted resources used in wellness, business, human, family and personal development. When Gloria's not creating, being outside and active in seasons with rain and snow, from mountains to oceans and off grid, provides her with opportunities for solitary introspection, and to refresh and recharge within the sounds and energies of nature's silence.
