    Extrasode - The Big Ass Tinto Brass Show

    If you liked Christian's recent review of Tinto Brass' Paprika, well then you're in for a treat. On this extrasode he covers every film released in Cult Epics box set Tinto Brass: Maestro of Erotic Cinema. This box set includes 4 films from the final decade of Tinto Brass' career as Italy's greatest ass-man, starting with the sex-comedy Cheeky (2000), the WWII drama Black Angel (2003), the short film-collection Private (2003), and ending with Monamour (2006).  It's almost an hour of Christian talking about butts and stuff by himself and trying and failing to sound smart when talking about softcore Italian porn. Enjoy! Get Tinto Brass: Maestro of Erotic Cinema from CULT EPICS here: http://www.cultepics.com/product-detail/tinto-brass-maestro-of-erotic-cinema/ Episode 22 covering Arrow's "Killer Dames" box-set will drop on Monday, August 1st, 2016.

    One-Shot: Return of the Killer Tomatoes (1988)

    On this one-shot review, Uncouth turns red with laughter after checking out Arrow Video's recent release of the horror-comedy Return of the Killer Tomatoes (1988). Next episode: CBH brings the smut with a big ass Tinto Brass extrasode!

  3. 18

    One-Shot: Paprika (1991)

    On this one-shot Christian travels back to Italy in the 1950s for a grand tour of the country's brothels in Paprika (1991), Tinto Brass's loose adaptation of John Cleland's "Fanny Hill, or Memoirs of a Woman of Pleasure." He consulted his doctor after viewing, and test results came back clean.   Like this review? Buy Paprika (1991) from Cult Epics: http://www.cultepics.com/product-detail/paprika/

    One-Shot: Belladonna of Sadness (1973)

    On this thirty-six minute one-shot review, Christian examines one of the most anticipated animated releases of the year, the Art Nouveau-inspired feminist anime, Belladonna of Sadness aka Kanashimi no Beradonna (1973) from director Eiichi Yamatomo and producer Osamu Tezuka, remastered in 4K and recently released on Blu-ray by Cinelicious Pics. Music for this episode is by Masahiko Sato.  Buy Belladonna of Sadness from Cinelicious Pics here: http://www.cineliciouspics.com/belladonna-of-sadness/

  6. 15

    One-Shot: Blue Rita aka Das Frauenhaus (1977)

    On this one-shot Christian heads back into the psychedelic waters of the cinema of that sleazy Spanish auteur Jess Franco to spy on some very undressed sadomasochistic saboteurs in Das Frauenhaus aka Blue Rita (1977). Music by Walter Baumgartner. Buy Blue Rita from MVD Entertainment Group here: http://mvdb2b.com/s/BlueRita/WE00817

    One-Shot: Eugenie...The Story of Her Journey Into Perversion (1970)

    We're trying something different with our extrasodes. We're still going to be doing the occasional extended extrasode like Uncouth's review of the entire GKIDS catalogue, but to get more bonus episodes out more often, we're going to do single take, one-shot reviews covering a single film.  For our first Good Movies For Bad People One-Shot, CBH dims the lights, softens the focus, and shares his thoughts on Jess Franco's Eugenie....The Story of Her Journey Into Perversion (1970).  Music from this episode: Bruno Nicolai - "Eugenie" Our podcast is now listener supported through Patreon. Episode 19 - Blood Control

    On this episode we cover a couple of late 80s cult classics that feel like throwbacks to the 1950s, each in their own weird way: Remote Control (1987) from director Jeff Lieberman, and Blood Diner (1987) from director Jackie Kong. Blood Diner is easily one of the wackiest movies we've ever covered on the show, and that's saying something!  For the first forty-five minutes though, we talk about some recent watches. So buckle up as Uncouth dishes out some underrated Netflix watches and we debate the merits of What Have You Done to Solange? (1972) and The Babadook (2014).  Music from this episode: The Dootones - "Ay Si Si (Mambo)" Lauren Grey - "Putting the Night on Hold 12" Dance Mix"  Next episode: Death Bed - The Bed That Eats and The Big Racket with guest Joe Yanick of Diabolique Magazine!  Additional Links: Join our Facebook group at www.facebook.com/groups/goodmoviesforbadpeople Follow us on Twitter @GMFBPcast

    Episode 18 - Hammer Time

    It's Hammer time!  On this episode, we're covering two films starring the late, great Peter Cushing from the legendary Hammer Studios: Frankenstein Created Woman (1967) and The Legend of the 7 Golden Vampires (1974). Frankenstein Created Woman is the fourth film in Hammer's Franken-franchise, and for some reason we chose to review it instead of some much better Frankenstein movies like Frankenstein Must Be Destroyed or The Curse of Frankenstein. Our takeaway from the film: they can't all be winners, even when they're starring Peter Cushing. Oh well.  You know what is a winner though? Legend of the 7 Golden Vampires! This fantastic film was a co-production between Hammer Studios and the equally awesome Shaw Brothers studios, and the result is a movie that mixes kung-fu kickassery with Gothic horror and some borderline Mario Bava-esque style. It rules.  Additional Links: Support the GGTMC Indiegogo Campaign to bring Lethal Hunter to DVD here. Join our Facebook group at facebook.com/groups/goodmoviesforbadpeople

    Extrasode - Uncouth Reviews Every GKIDS Release

    On this rapid-fire extrasode, Uncouth gives his thoughts on every single release distributed by GKIDS (Guerilla Kids International Distribution Syndicate). ALL of them. He's given his thoughts on several GKIDS films on past episodes, but he wanted to do a comprehensive rundown on this distributor, since they've been responsible for releasing some of the most sophisticated and prestigious animated films of the last decade into the North American market, including several films from Japan's acclaimed Studio Ghibli. They are, as he says in this episode, THE BEST in animated cinema from around the world.  If you love animation and you don't know GKIDS, consider this a crash course.

    Episode 17 - Symptoms of the 90s

    On this episode of Good Movies For Bad People, we chose two direct-to-video movies from the early 90s to prove that not all movie made in the 90s sucked. And then one of them turned out to REALLY SUCK! Wah wah waaaaaah. All the same, we think you'll have fun listening to what we had to say about The Borrower (1991) and The Demolitionist (1996).   Because this episode ran a little short, CBH recorded a solo review of a movie that definitely DOES NOT SUCK, Symptoms (1977) starring Angela Pleasance, recently released on Blu-ray from Mondo Macabro. Animation fans: Stay tuned in a week for a special bonus episode from Uncouth. Music for this episode: Butthole Surfers - "Sweat Loaf" Dynatron - "Stars in the Night" Additional Links: Buy Symptoms from Mondo Macabro here.  Support the GGTMC/Omg Entertainment Campaign to bring Lethal Hunter to DVD here.

    Extrasode - Bride of Re-Animator (1989) and Schramm (1993)

    On this bonus episode, CBH gives his thoughts on BRIDE OF RE-ANIMATOR (1989), director Brian Yuzna's sequel to the classic horror-comedy. Then, he continues his disturbing trip through the filmography of the bad boy of German art-gore cinema, Jorg Buttergereit, with Schramm: Into the Mind of a Serial Killer (1993).  Music for this episode: "Augenblick" by Rheingold Additional Links: Buy Schramm from Cult Epics here. Buy Bride of Re-Animator from Arrow Video here.  Next episode: The Demolitionist (1994) and The Borrower (1991) Want to talk about this episode with us? Episode 16 - Death Walks Twice

    Viva giallo! This week on Good Movies For Bad People, we slipped on our black leather gloves, poured ourselves some J&B, and kicked back for a double-slice of Luciano Ercoli's classic entries into the giallo genre, Death Waks On High Heels (1971) and Death Walks At Midnight (1972), both starring the luscious Nieves Navarro and released on Blu-ray in a must-have box set from Arrow Video. Before we head to giallo country, we talk about some recent watches, including the Cult Epics Blu-ray release of Der Todesking (1990) from German director Jörg Buttgereit and the Vinegar Syndrome Blu-ray release of Dolemite (muthafucka!). Music for this episode came from the original soundtracks from Death Walks On High Heels (composer: Stelvio Cipriani) and Death Walks At Midnight (composer: Gianni Ferrio).  Additional Links: Buy Death Walks Twice from Arrow Video Buy Der Todesking from Cult Epics Buy Dolemite from Vinegar Syndrome  Also, friends of the show Joe Yanick and James McCormick just started a new podcast covering made-for-TV movies called Small Screen Cinema, check it out! Next Episode: We're going back to the 90s to review The Demolitionist (1995) and The Borrower (1991).

    Extrasode - Dangerous Men (2005) and Your Vice Is a Locked Room and Only I Have the Key (1972)

Coming to your earlobes first is Drafthouse Films' release of John S. Rad's life's work of what-the-fuck filmmaking, DANGEROUS MEN (2005)! Next up is&nbsp;a review of Arrow Video's single-disc Blu-ray edition of Sergio Martino's classic giallo, YOUR VICE IS A LOCKED ROOM AND ONLY I HAVE THE KEY (1972), a movie that is more than the sum of its tantalizing title- that's for damn sure! Music for this episode comes from the original soundtracks of Your Vice Is a Locked Room and Only I Have the Key (composed by Bruno Nicolai) and Dangerous Men (composed by director/writer/producer/true auteur John S. Rad).&nbsp; Additional Links: Buy Dangerous Men on Blu-ray/DVD <a href= "http://musicvideodistributors.com/s/DangerousMenBluRayDVD/MVD8237D" target="_blank">here. Episode 15 - Bad Slugs

    Audio problems, scheduling snafus and sinus colds can get fucked, we're back baby!&nbsp; On this episode of Good Movies For Bad People, we spent a lot of time talking about recent watches because it has been a long goddamn time since we last recorded. Some recent watches of CBH's include Tombs of the Blind Dead (1978), The Horror Star aka Frightmare (1983), The Fan aka Der Fan (1982), and Medousa (1998), a very unique Greek horror movie recently released on DVD by Mondo Macabro. Uncouth's most recent watches include a whole lot of&nbsp;sharksploitation flicks, including the entire Sharknado series. After about an hour of getting caught up on recent watches, we turn our attention to a highly underrated werewolf movie from 1996, Bad Moon. Following that is our review of Slugs: The Movie, from director J.P. Simon, who cult movie fans should recognize as the director of Pieces (1982). Music for this episode: Calibro 35, "Bouchet Funk" Perfect Pussy, "Driver" Next episode: we're covering Arrow's Death Walks Twice box-set, featuring Death Walks on High Heels (1971) and Death Walks at Midnight (1972) from director Luciano Ercoli.&nbsp; Additional links: Buy Medousa (1998) from Mondo Macabro at their Big Cartel store here:&nbsp;http://mondomacabro.bigcartel.com/product/medousa&nbsp; Find more reviews from Uncouth at www.toxicgraveyard.com Listen to old episodes at www.goodmoviesforbadpeople.com Join our Facebook group at www.facebook.com/groups/goodmoviesforbadpeople Please rate and review us on iTunes.&nbsp;

    Episode 14 - Killer Silvas from Outer Space

    On this episode of Good Movies For Bad People, we put on our spandex jumpsuits and our skinny headbands, get up on our MattelTM megacycles and race through our review of the floptastic sci-fi war movie, Megaforce (1982) starring Barry Bostwick and, making his first appearance on the show, HENRY SILVA! Then, we ditch those spandex duds and put on our clown suits and our John Vernon suits as we review the cult classic horror comedy, Killer Klowns from Outer Space (1988).&nbsp; Music for this episode: The Dickies - "Killer Klowns from Outer Space" Additional Links Find more reviews from Uncouth at www.toxicgraveyard.com&nbsp; Join our Facebook group at: www.facebook.com/groups/goodmoviesforbadpeople Download more episodes at www.goodmoviesforbadpeople.com&nbsp; Please rate and review us on iTunes.&nbsp;

    Episode 13 - Hard Ticket to Slayer

    On this episode, we packed our bags and booked two tickets to Hawaii for our review of Andy Sidaris' classic T&amp;A-filled action-comedy, Hard Ticket to Hawaii (1987). Then, we stepped into a portal and were transported to a land of magic and mediocrity and witnessed the floptastic fantasy known as Hawk the Slayer (1980). Watch out for razor-bladed frisbees, RC helicopters and Elven mind-swords! This episode might get a little steamy, but that's because we recorded it in CBH's&nbsp;jacuzzi. We do our best podcasting in there! Additional Links: Buy The Andy Sidaris Collection:&nbsp;Girls, Guns and G-Strings here. Buy Hawk the Slayer here. Anyways, we couldn't get this review into the last episode due to technical difficulties, but we hope you enjoy this small review of a criminally underrated 80s slasher, resurrected on Blu-ray and DVD by Arrow Video. Episode 12 - Demonoid of Darkness

    On this episode of Good Movies For Bad People, CBH and Uncouth serve up two&nbsp;offerings of Satanic horror in the form of DEMONOID: MESSENGER OF DEATH (1981) and PRINCE OF DARKNESS (1987). These two films couldn't be more different in their tone and approach to their ultimate manifestation of evil, but they are both a damn good time in their own right.&nbsp; Originally we had planned on reviewing PRINCE OF DARKNESS&nbsp;(1987), along with the recent Arrow Video Blu-ray release of BLOOD RAGE&nbsp;(1987). Unfortunately, due to technical difficulties during the recording we lost the audio for the Blood Rage review, so DEMONOID is reviewed solo by CBH and Uncouth joins in during the PRINCE OF DARKNESS review. The BLOOD RAGE review will be coming in a week or so as an extrasode, so look ahead for that.&nbsp; Music for this episode comes from the Prince of Darkness OST by John Carpenter and Alan Howarth.&nbsp; Next episode, we're reviewing the sword and sorcery film HAWK THE SLAYER (1980), along with another recently released slasher classic from Arrow Video, THE MUTILATOR (1984). Look for that episode on March 21st, 2016.&nbsp; Buy Prince of Darkness from Shout! We&nbsp;also&nbsp;get out the KY and tissues as we review SKYSCRAPER, an action-packed softcore exploitation rip-off of DIE HARD from PM Entertainment starring the late Playboy Playmate and reality TV star, Anna Nicole Smith.&nbsp; This episode's got blood, bazookas, waterbeds and bad acting galore. It's exactly what you think it is! Next episode we're reviewing a formerly obscure slasher, BLOOD RAGE, and John Carpenter's underrated masterpiece of apocalyptic terror, PRINCE OF DARKNESS.&nbsp; Want to talk about this episode with us?&nbsp;Join our Facebook group: www.facebook.com/groups/goodmoviesforbadpeople

    Episode 8 - Robert Holocaust

    Happy New Years Human Filth! On this episode of Good Movies For Bad People, we decided to pair up two movies that have nothing to do with each other except that they're both about robots, sort of. Robotrix (1991) is an infamous CAT III film from Hong Kong that blatantly rips off Robocop, and Robot Holocaust (1986) is what happens when a porn director tries to make a G-rated post-apocalyptic fantasy flick.&nbsp; Music featured in this episode: Ghoul - "Rise, Killbot Rise!" Episode 2 - Planet of the Spookies

    Yeaaaaaaaaah! It feels like it's been forever since we recorded this episode, but it was only 3 weeks ago. Anyways, this episode we spend a LENGTHY amount of time talking about what we've been watching recently, before diving into our conversation about Mario Bava's highly influential sci-fi chiller, Planet of the Vampries (1965) and a monster mash made of pure VHS WTF-ness, 1986's Spookies. Weird European cat-men and Italian astro-vampires await!&nbsp; We'll have another Extrasode in two weeks, followed by Episode 3 in November. After that, we'll be switching up the format a bit. So stick with us, we've got a lot more fun planned in the future and a somewhat more regular episode schedule in store.&nbsp; Also, you can now listen and subscribe to us on iTunes! Extrasode - Fun Times with Feedback

    In this very special "Extrasode," Canuxploitation Christian and Uncouth respond to your questions, go through their lists of movies they're looking forward to watching this Halloween season, and talk about the movies and TV shows that made them into the degenerate horror fans they are today.&nbsp; You can expect more of these extrasodes every two weeks in between our regular episodes. Most of these questions relate to our next episode, where we're covering Planet of the Vampires (1965) and Spookies (1986) but we wanted to put it out there for the fans who sent in their feedback.&nbsp; Want to have your questions read on future episodes? Episode 1 - Feral Kids and Canuckleheads

    In the first episode of our new monthly podcast, hosts Canuxploitation Christian and Uncouth tackle the Canadian horror classic Rituals (1977) starring Hal Holbrook, and the recent Artsploitation Films Blu-ray release of the Belgian slasher film, Cub (2014). This being our first episode, we had some technical issues in the sound department and Christian's audio sounds, well, not very good. We hope to have these sound issues ironed out in time for next month's episode, where we'll be covering Mario Bava's Planet of the Vampires (1965) and the horror-comedy musical, Rockula (1990). Music featured in this episode: "Cub Intro/Outro" by Steve Moore Trailer: Rituals (1977) Trailer: Cub (2014) For more reviews of horror, exploitation and cult cinema go to: http://www.goodmoviesforbadpeople.com http://www.toxicgraveyard.com
