Pilot/ what the heck is going on man?
Just an intro to what the pod is all about, and sharing a little about me, for starters: Hi, I'm Conner! I am a full time psych undergrad at the University of Oregon, preparing to pursue a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology soon! I have worked full time my entire college career; currently working (at least) 36 hours a week as a Medical Assistant. I pride myself in the fact that despite the time constraints: - I get my 8 hours of sleep each night - I spend at least one hour each day taking care of/ improving my body, and one hour each day nurturing my soul. - I have time to show you how I balance my time through the means of my mind, body, soul, and work through this podcast!
