There is a Gideon inside you!!

Gideon's story in Book of Judges chapter 6-8 begins with fear, doubt and insecurity. He sees himself as week and unqualified, yet God calls him a "mighty warrior!" In marriage, many couples go through "Judges 6 seasons"-times of pressure, insecurity, or feeling inadequate as a spouse. Like Gideon, one or both partners may feel unqualified, overwhelmed, of unsure how to move forward. If you can relate...this podcast is for you!

    Be Excited!

In this episode, we reflect on the deep, unwavering love of God that carries us through the trails in marriage. Even in the hardest seasons, God is not distant-He is present, intentional, and working for our good. These challenges are not signs of His absence, but expressions of His love, shaping our hearts, strengthening our faith, and drawing us closer to Him and each other.

  3. 16

    What was said last?

Standing on what God has last told you about your marriage means choosing faithfulness over fluctuation. It's about holding firmly to the last clear instruction, conviction, or promise you received from Him-even when emotions shift, circumstances become difficult, or clarity feels distant. Instead of constantly seeking something new, remain anchored in what has already been revealed.

  4. 15

    Obedience

In this episode, we explore the value of obedience and it's impact on our life. From childhood, where learning to listen and follow guidance not only incudes discipline if you don’t obey but also protects when you do. We also touch on how to live in obedience to God- trusting His direction, surrendering control, and walking in faith even when it's challenging. Obedience is not about control, but about growth, trust, and purpose.

When progress feels invisible and doubt creeps in, choosing not to give up becomes a powerful act of growth. This episode reminds listeners that persistence pays off, and with time, resilience can turn even the toughest moments into meaningful breakthroughs!

    Welcome to Gracefully Standing

This is an introduction to my podcast and my reasons for creating it. I will occasionally have guests on to speak about their stand and how God is working in their lives, but this podcast will mainly be me-speaking openly about my own journey, faith, and growth with God. This podcast was created as a space for honest conversations, real testimonies, and spirtual growth. Whether you’re strong in your faith, searching, or somewhere in between, my goal is not to preach perfection, but to point to truth, grace, and the transformative power of God through real stories and real lives.
