Living, loving, and leading from groundedness takes intentionality, effort, and creativity. And it takes time. That’s what we do in each Grounded Moments episode. We take a few minutes to slow down, to be present with ourselves, to be present with a thought or an idea. We give ourselves space to settle, get our feet on the ground so that we live live, love, and lead from that groundeness, not in pursuit of it.Join me as we find our footing and (possibly) our best selves
