S2:E1 His Call, My Yes: Starting Our Homeschooling Journey
In this heartfelt season opener, Jamie shares the tender, Spirit-led journey that led her to begin homeschooling her children. This wasn’t just an educational pivot—it was a divine commission rooted in Proverbs 22:6: “Train up a child in the way he should go.” Jamie opens up about how the Lord stirred her heart and how obedience, even when uncertain, became the doorway to purpose. This episode is especially for the woman who senses God calling her to something unfamiliar—like bringing her children home to be discipled intentionally. Maybe you’ve wondered, “I’m not a teacher. Am I even qualified?” Jamie reminds us that you don’t need a degree in education to teach your children the ways of the Lord. You need an obedient heart. God is faithful to equip us fully for what He’s called us to do.Let this episode encourage you to respond to that holy nudge. If you’re feeling overwhelmed or unprepared, know that 2 Corinthians 12:9 says, "But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness. Therefore, I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me." S1:E7 Hang in there...It's a Process.
When hard times come, we sometimes feel like God is mad with us or we did something wrong. However, it's important to note that our character is developed in the hard times. Romans 5:3-4 (NLT) states:3 We can rejoice, too, when we run into problems and trials, for we know that they help us develop endurance. 4 And endurance develops strength of character, and character strengthens our confident hope of salvation. So, let's not run from our valley seasons. Instead, let's thank God for the opportunity to trust Him more, knowing that we will be stronger, more resilient, and more fit for His work on the other side. Hang in there...it's a process.Scripture ReferencesJohn 10:10Romans 10:17Galatians 5:1James 1:2-4Psalms 139:13-18Galatians 6:9

S1:E4 Boundaries
The first three episodes helped us to know our purpose, have our priorities in order, and know that when God gives permission, we can still pursue our dreams even though the route may look different. But now, we need to talk about caring for ourselves, as we cannot pour from an empty cup. We should have a disciplined prayer life, exercise life, and time apart from our job. S1: E3 Your Dreams Don't Have to Die...they'll just look different.
As we battle with leaving our work outside of the home, we question whether our degrees and skills were for naught. This is one of the enemy's tactics and it is a lie! Your skills, your education, and your career progression thus far don't have to die with your transition to moving in your purpose. However, they will look different and dare I say, better. S1:E2 Prioritized
Our God is a God of decency and order. As it relates to the family, the order is God, Husband, Wife, and children. The world would have us believe that the “roles” were for people back then and not for today’s society. But the character of God; that is, the decency and order aspect of Him, hasn’t changed just because the world has. First things first, let's get our priorities in order.
