In childhood and teenage years we experience things that can cultivate our future mental health based on our regrets, traumas, relationships, grief etc. Mental health is not just based on a Drs diagnoses such as depression,anxiety,ptsd,bipolar,schizophrenia,psychosis it can also be anger issues, eating/sleeping disorders etc. This podcast discusses my mental health scare, felony charges , relationships , spirituality, healing,life etc
