How a Daily Qigong Practice Transformed My Life: Six Months That Changed Everything
It was like, I got to do this like every single day. And so from that point, from that morning, when I went into that water and came out, every single day I would go to the beach and just practice. It allowed me to stay centered because it kept my mind from wandering all over the place. The practice of Qigong kept my focus, it deepened my awareness, my inner awareness, it deepened my breath, deepened my movement.particularly doing it every single day for six months straight. And then that's when I went back and got with Tev to do my teacher training. And it's been daily ever since because it's holistic. It's a holistic practice. Therefore, it gives the mind the ability to relax. It gives the body ability to relax, allow the breath. And of course, bringing in the chi from a natural environment just brings us back to center.
