Heart to Heart is the featured podcast from Humans in Harmony, a 501c3 arts nonprofit organization that fosters social connection through collaborative art making. Starting from songwriting, our projects continue to weave in other forms of art to foster empathetic communication. We believe that everyone is an artist and every person has a story to tell. This podcast is a space for sharing these stories, where we follow the thread of art, and listen to the coming together of different individual heartbeats.
