Helen Rae is a Brisbane-based Singer-Songwriter who has been writing and performing her original music throughout the past three years. Primarily a solo artist, Helen Rae has been expanding her local and international fan base since releasing her debut EP ‘You’re The One’ (produced by Andy Mak at The Grove Studios in Sydney) in 2012. In 2013, she released her popular single Ripples On The Water (produced by Caleb James at The Palace Studios in Brisbane) and was accepted as an AMRAP artist, making her first music video along the way. With a background in opera and music theatre, Helen Rae continues to evolve her musical style combining elements of jazz, pop, rock and blues music.Since 2014, Helen Rae has been performing live around Brisbane with her Band at major venues and events as well as local cafes and bars. The Helen Rae sound has a decidedly and intentionally “old school” vibe with its goal to transport listeners back in time or to another place at least momentarily. Helen R
