Ep: 04 - Tej the Engineer Chef: Part One
Join me in my conversation with my friend and generally interesting human, Tej Naik. He's currently a chef at Odd Duck in Austin, Texas. He's also an Indian immigrant and a decidedly introspective individual. In this episode Tej talks about his childhood, his time at boarding school, how cricket is way better than baseball, his immigration experience to the United States, his time in small-town South Texas, and his love for Dairy Queen. A love that he and I both share. This is part one of two since we didn't even get to his college years yet!

Episode #1 had to be reserved for a very prestigious guest - my own daughter! In our chat, Nova talks about some of her experiences at Switch Willo Camp, an equestrian camp for kids at Switch Willo Stables in Austin, Texas. We also talk a little bit about school, the dictionary, a weird eye thing, pony relationships, and even Bad Bunny, as her attention span deteriorates in a matter of 15 minutes.
