Join me when I can sneak away to chat about all the things I’m curious about: health, pursuing wholeness, natural medicine, spiritually, parenting and whatever random else I find interesting. Sometimes it’s hard to think straight when you’re a mom, but hop in the van with me for a bit and we’ll give our brains a much needed break from the noice, learn a few things and laugh a bit until the kids discover me;)
