IU got taken to the woodshed in Columbus on Saturday. They finish regular season play 18-13 (9-11) which quite frankly is just not good enough. They face a seemingly insurmountable climb to make the NCAAs unless they win the B1 tourney, but with a weak bubble, could 2 wins be enough?

Indiana wins in convicting fashion to move to 18-12 (9-10) with a road test in Columbus to finish out the season in a must win game. Is IU still alive? We discuss.

Indiana has now lost 4 in a row and well we haven't done a show for a while. I think it's time I get a few things off my chest.

IUBB are like rats running from the ship as they escape a 2nd half collapse to win in OT 78-77 over Wisconsin. Wilkerson Devries and Alexis carried IU on this day to move them to 16-8 (7-6) on the year. Oregon is up next with a quick turn on Monday night. We discuss.

IU showed an incredible amount of will and spirt holding off UCLA on Saturday to win in Double OT. This win also provided Indiana with a valuable Road and Quad 1 win. IU stays in LA for a few more days where they will face USC at 10ET Tuesday night and another opportunity for a resume building road win.

We are fresh off Indiana Football winning the national championship (yes I said that out loud) and now as we unearth from our football hangover, we turn the page to IUBB as they see if they can turn their season around after massive wins at Rutgers and home against arch rival Purdue. Indiana got a harsh dose of reality on Tuesday night at the Breslin Center. They battled for much of the first 30 minutes and the wheels completely came off and got blown out of the gym. Disappointing effort. HOWEVER, we do get to talk about Ben's experience at IUFB game in what he deemed the loudest crowd he's ever heard.

IU moves to 3-1 in B1G play with a convincing win over Maryland in College Park. In a "Must Win" game, IU left no doubt and controlled for all of the 2nd half. Next up is undefeated Nebraska on Saturday at High Noon. We discuss this and maybe a little football talk as well as we check in with Ben down in the ATL.

Indiana shook the rust off after nearly 2 weeks off to beat Washington 90-80 on Sunday night to move to 2-1 in B1G play. Tayton Conerway led the way for the Hoosiers as Tucker Devries was held at bay. Maryland is up next as we are fully into B1G play.

IUBB bounced back on Tuesday with its best performance of the year in a 113-72 win over Penn St. This comes on the heels of two disappointing performances at Minnesota and Louisville in Indy. UK is next in Lexington. We discuss.

Indiana tipped off B1G play on Wednesday with a sluggish performance against a Minnesota team with just 9 healthy scholarship players. This IU teams needs to decide who they want to be as they head into the teeth of the schedule. They can be a middling Bubble team, or find an identity and finish in the top quarter of the league. This is a wake up call for Devries and this team. Doest get any easier with Louisville., Penn St. and UK waiting in the next 10 days.

Indiana beats Kansas St 86-69 to move to 6-0 on the year. From pretty much start to finish, IU controlled the game and now have achieved 2 power conference wins prior to the Turkey coming out of the oven. Happy Hoosier Thanksgiving to all!

Indiana moves to 3-0 on the year as they impose their will and wear down Milwaukee, a tough opponent from the Horizon League. Milwaukee tested IU early on but IU's shooting from distance was the difference as they pulled away to win convincingly. Up next is Incarnate Word, Sunday at the Hall.

IU passes a major early test as they beatdown Marquette at the United Center 100-77, to move to 2-0 on the year. Tucker DeVries and Lamar Wilkerson led the way with 12 combined 3s and 50 points. IU dominated this one for most of the way after initial back and forth. This now provides IU with an away from home neutral court win against a Power opponent. They don't just give those away, especially not by 23 points.

The Darian Devries era begins with a blowout win as IU gets a ramp up in before heading to Chicago to play Marquette on Sunday. IU wants to play fast, shoot 3s and play a completely different game than we have seen for the past decade. Sign us up for that. We discuss.

Indiana welcome Darian DeVries as its 31st Head Basketball Coach. The guys discuss the impact, portal and overall fit at IU.

Indiana with an all too familiar performance as they drop a pivotal game that controls their NCAA Tournament hopes 72-59. This was a game Indiana could win, and just quite frankly didn't show up. Do they deserve to get in? Not up to them now. Lots of chatter in the IU coaching search. Geoff goes it alone as Ben celebrates his birthday. IU staved off a tough first half to beat Ohio State 66-60 moving them to 19-12 (10-10) on the year. Most prognosticators have the Hoosiers at least in Dayton at this point. A win against Oregon on Thursday in Indy would go a long way towards securing a bid and avoiding the first four altogether. Also, the coaching search seems to be narrowing. Who are the key names to watch for? We discuss.

Indiana loses a tough one down the stretch that got away from them with Oregon finishing the game on a 10-0 run. Mike Woodson was not happy with the officiating, and he made that clear with a profanity laced presser post-game (which I appreciate). Indiana moves to 18-12 (9-10) on the year. They now face Ohio State Saturday in Mike Woodson's last game at Assembly Hall. This is a DeFacto elimination chamber match for an NCAA berth. We discuss.

Indiana dominated Washington start to finish Saturday night to move to 18-11 (9-9) on the season. Malik Reneau and Luke Goode carried the Hoosiers offensively while the team continued its strong team defense. This one was never really in doubt. Oregon is a massive opportunity on Tuesday night. Oh, and how about those Black Uniforms! We discuss.

IU fought through a tough night at the FT line to get hot late making 6 consecutive 3's on the way to a must win game against Penn State 83-78. IU found out Malik Reneau was out with illness and had to play a man short. They had just enough to hang on and give themselves an opportunity to still make the NCAA tourney. IU moves to 17-11 (8-9) on the year. At Washington up next Saturday at 6ET.

Indiana uses a 48-18 2nd half to completely dismantle Purdue with the best defensive effort of the Mike Woodson era. #iubb moves to 16-11 (7-9) to keep themselves in the conversation for an NCAA tournament berth. Lots of work to do, but an exciting day for Hoosier fans. We discuss that and so much more!

IU loses a heartbreaker to UCLA 72-68 in a game they pretty much had to win. They drop to 15-11 (6-9 B1G) and are running out of chances to turn this around. Is there still a path? We discuss that and the obligatory new coach options.

Maryland beats IU 79-78 to deliver what may end up being the knockout blow to the #iubb season.

Indiana falls to 14-6 (5-4) after a 2nd half collapse surrendering 54 points to Northwestern. Missed opportunity for IU. Maryland up next on Sunday.

Indiana shows some pride as they pick up a must win game in Columbus 77-76. IU moves to 14-5 (5-3) with another road trip in Evanston on Wednesday.

The hits keep on coming for IU and Mike Woodson as they’re embarrassed yet again 94-69. This time on its home floor. Fans booed, and called for “Fire Woodson”. The end is near.

Iowa embarrassed IU 85-60 leaving the guys wondering what in the world that was, Mike Woodson continues to have his teams get blown out and that’s a major, major problem. The road doesn’t get any easier from here and this team better figure it out and stop giving up when times get tough.

Indiana beat USC 82-69 to move to 13-3 and 4-1 in Big Ten play. Iowa up next Saturday.

Indiana beats Penn St 77-71 for a HUGE road win. USC is up next at home Wednesday.

Indiana wins to move to 11-3 (2-1 B1G) with an 84-74 win over Rutgers. Geoff and Ben discuss IU’s best effort of the year and what they want to see Sunday in Philly.

The week that was in Indiana basketball. Indiana goes 3 and 0 on the week with wins over Sam Houston, Miami of Ohio and Minnesota. Indiana has yet to play a complete game but moves to 1-0 in the Big Ten. Geoff discusses where Indiana goes from here and why the game in Nebraska is so important in the grand scheme of the season.
