Bodden bikers set off to experience mountains and curves. Day 1 Let's take it easy so that we can get used to the roads and mountains. Our destinations were: The ‘Rosenberg’ fortress in Kronach. The Rosenberg Fortress is a hilltop castle surrounded by a baroque fortress above the Upper Franconian town of Kronach. The ‘Veste’ fortress in Coburg The Veste Coburg, a medieval castle complex converted into a fortress, towers over the town of Coburg in the Upper Franconian border region with Thuringia. It measures around 135 by 260 metres and is very well preserved. It was the 8th Motorcycle Church Service (MOGO) in Greifswald, organized by Pastor Uwe Stiller. More than 700 two-wheelers gathered for the event on the marketplace in Greifswald. The Bodden Bikers took on the duties of marshals, planned the group ride, and served as the lead and rear escort of the convoy. A big thank-you also goes to the Vorpommern-Greifswald police for their active support.

This video shows our ride on the race track, filmed with a smartphone directly from the pit wall, on the long straight. There were two groups on the track that day: beginners and advanced riders. The beginners rode at a more relaxed pace and focussed on technique and control. The advanced riders, on the other hand, were much faster and accelerated a lot more. On the video you can easily see which group it is - the difference in speed and riding style is clearly visible. It was an unforgettable experience to be part of both groups and see how much skill is required at each level! Enjoy the ride and experience the atmosphere on the track with us!

Our driver safety training in Groß Dölln, what fun, but take a look for yourself. Eight of our members completed the intensive cornering training, while three others tried their hand at perfecting the lean angle on bends. All participants successfully completed their training sessions. In connection with the training sessions, one or two nights were spent in a hotel with a buffet, and it was nice to spend an evening with friends again. You won't find 36 bends over 4.5 kilometres here in the north, so it was a challenge for us. This is our first time at Kyffhäuser here in the Harz Mountains (Germany), so we're slowly feeling our way round. The Motovlog is unfortunately only in German.
