How Do I Feel?
by Jamie Karl Coupe
Despite what people might believe, you NEVER know exactly how someone else is feeling. So as a trainee counsellor with a background in coaching, performance and sport I figured that the only way I can contribute empathetically to the world of mental health is by telling my own story. In exploring some of the most painful, meaningful and challenging experiences of my life, I hope to outline some of the ways to cope and heal. I will be weaving some psychological and biological theory in along the way. Enough of this, let's get to the show!
