Twin Moms Club (ft. Ashley Parent and Robyn McCarthy)

I can’t begin to tell you how STOKED I am for this one! This was my first real conversation with another twin mom — never mind two! These are my people.Robyn and Ashley’s friendship started with @momballbeverly, a super popular softball league just for moms in Beverly. And if you’re like me and have so far missed out because you are sorely unathletic, it turns out they welcome the likes of us, too. So go for it! Just protect that nose.In this episode, we talk about the unique challenges (to say the least) of twin pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. Did you know it's double the hormones?! We also get into the tremendous personal growth that can come from having twins in a very short period of time: letting go of perfectionism, people-pleasing, and learning how to set healthier boundaries. And, of course, we talk about the perks. Please don’t tell our friends without twins, but two toddlers can often be easier than one… because they play together! But please, go on thinking we’re super moms, because honestly? We are.Are you also a twin mom on the North Shore looking to connect?
