It's been quite a year! Whew! I'll fill you in on my final events of 2025, and what's coming up in early 2026 for the Raashan Series. So Excited!I do what I want! 

Talking about some of my favorite fall things and what's coming up over the next couple months for me as an author. Yay!I do what I want!

It's been a while! Whew! I had to put the podcast on the back burner while I went on some crazy adventures, but I'm getting back on track now! Yay! I'll fill you in a bit on where I've been, and also where I'll be ;)I do what I want! 

Quick recap of the recent events I've done this fall. As well as talking about the last in person event I'll be doing this year and a surprise update. Yay!I do what I want! 

I love to do all that world building, and a big part of world building are the different peoples and cultures within it. Those of you who read my Raashan Series already know that I focus on elves as the main character race in my books. Because of that focus, I have thought through and developed the different elven peoples who inhabit Raashan, and I'm going to tell you all about them!Also, the third book in the Raashan trilogy is published as of this morning! Where do you find yourself feeling most creative? Personally, I love a good cafe or coffee shop. I'll tell you why.I do what I want! 

The new editions of the first two books in the Raashan Series will be released this month and the third book, Tear in the World, is going to be released October 3, 2024. So, I thought now is a good time to have a refresher on the series and the world of Raashan while cleverly sneaking in some updates I hope very much you will all put on your calendars because you care SO MUCH and reading the books I write makes you all very happy. :D That's what I tell myself is true anyway. This is the 5th and final short story I wrote for the Power Therapy program, created and managed by Dr. Kobus Vorster. Elephant Driver is another technique developed by Dr. Vorster as part of his Power Therapy program. All therapy related techniques mentioned are wholly his intellectual property. My partner was actually asking me some insightful questions tonight about my writing, which got me thinking that maybe I should clarify some differences between my two different book series that I write. Plot holes inevitably will happen to all writers. It's natural to get caught up in one aspect of your story and accidentally forget about that one character...or continent. The trick is to make sure they are all gone by the time your book hits the press so the readers never have to know they happened at all. I'll tell you how I avoid them. This is another fantasy novel, but this is more of a war story and has nothing to do with the world of Raashan that my other two books are based in.
