A San Diego based gym.We Specialize in group training, following an 8 week periodized training program based around powerlifting and hypertrophy training.We do all the 3 main lifts and adding watts from the Echo bike and a 1 mile time run. Our goal is to educate our members and the community about weight lifting and the benefits it has on your body.
