Inventor and Chief Executive Officer of LifeVac
Arthur Lih is the Founder and CEO of LifeVac, a company dedicated to saving lives by preventing choking tragedies. Dr. Yan Katsnelson is an entrepreneur, highly skilled cardiac surgeon, business owner, and philanthropist. He is the founder and CEO of USA Vein Clinics, which is part of USA Clinics Group – the parent company of USA Fibroid Centers, USA Vascular Centers, USA Hemorrhoid Centers, USA Prostate Centers, USA Pain Center, USA Longevity Centers, and USA Oncology Centers. Dr. Katsnelson has established himself as a strong advocate for accessible, affordable, and compassionate healthcare services.As the CEO of USA Clinics Group, Dr. Katsnelson has pioneered expanding minimally invasive options that provide high-quality care using the latest technology in the most advanced facilities to the communities that need it most. He also founded the Chicago Heart Institute, which was dedicated to the advanced treatments of cardiovascular diseases. Dr. Katsnelson, M.D., completed a fellowship at the Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Harvard School of Medicine, in Boston, MA. He was a faculty cardiac surgeon at the University of Chicago prior to starting his Cardiovascular and Thoracic private practice in Chicago Northwest suburbs. Dr. Yan Katsnelson was the first U.S. surgeon to perform the double valve replacement using Biocor™ tissue valve. His clinical areas of expertise included minimally invasive valve surgery, complex aortic operations, re-operative coronary and valve surgery, and beating-heart (off-pump) bypass surgery. He is published in various medical and scientific journals.

Chief Executive Officer and President of PetMeds
Ms. Campos served as a member of PetMeds’ Board of Directors and a member of the Audit, Compensation, and Corporate Governance and Nominating committees since May 17, 2023, before assuming the role of Chief Executive Officer and President in April of 2024. Ms. Campos served as the Chief Executive Officer of DVF (Diane von Furstenberg) (a luxury fashion brand) from April 2018 to November 2020. Prior to joining DVF, Ms. Campos was the co-president, Women’s Apparel, of Global Brands Group Holding Limited (a branded apparel, footwear and brand management company) from 2015 to April 2018, which included the Juicy Couture, Bebe, Buffalo, Tretorn, BCBG and Herve Leger brands. Ms. Campos also has held leadership roles prior thereto with apparel companies Polo Ralph Lauren and Nautica International.Ms. Campos also founded Fashion Launchpad (a continuing education platform for retail and fashion professionals) in June 2020, and created Dream out Loud in partnership with Selena Gomez (the first teen celebrity brand management company) which was established in 2009, and launched at retail in 2010.After her departure from DVF, Ms. Campos served as the Chief Executive Officer of Project Verte Inc. (a retail technology and supply chain solutions provider) from November 2020 until November 2021. A receivership proceeding was filed against Project Verte Inc. in August 2022 in the Delaware Court of Chancery. The receiver subsequently filed a bankruptcy proceeding under Chapter 7 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code with respect to Project Verte Inc. in January 2023 in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware. Ms. Campos has been a member of the board of directors of Big Lots (NYSE:BIG), and a member of its audit committee and capital allocation planning committee since May 2021; an operating advisor of ShoulderUp Technology Acquisition Corp (SPAC) since October 2021; a member of the board of directors of Fabric (a modular and headless commerce solution) since August 2022, and; a member of the board of directors of PureRED, an advertising services company, since March 2023.Ms. Campos’s experience as a Chief Executive Officer along with her extensive experience in retail, brand management and marketing allows her to bring current and relevant perspective to the Board. Along with her public and private board experience, Ms. Campos’ background allows her to make very significant contributions to the Board’s decision-making processes especially in consumer facing activities like marketing, brand management and social media.

Chief Executive Officer and President of Lincoln Tech
Scott M. Shaw joined Lincoln Tech in 2001 and currently serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Shaw has served on the board of directors from 2001 to 2006 and since July 2015. Prior to taking this position, Mr. Shaw served as President and Chief Operating Officer, Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer and Senior Vice President of Strategic Planning and Business Development. Prior to joining Lincoln, Mr. Shaw was a partner at Stonington Partners, Inc., where he had been since 1994. As a partner at Stonington, Mr. Shaw was responsible for identifying, evaluating and acquiring companies and then assisting in the oversight of these companies through participation on the board of directors of acquired companies. In addition, Mr. Shaw worked closely with senior management to develop long-term strategic plans, to evaluate acquisitions and new investment opportunities, to assist with refinancing, and to execute on the final sale of the company either to the public or to another company. Mr. Shaw also served as a consultant to Merrill Lynch Capital Partners Inc., a private investment firm associated with Merrill Lynch & Co., Inc., from 1994 through 2000. Mr. Shaw holds an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of Business and a B.A. from Duke University. His extensive financial and business management experience provides the board a unique perspective on the issues facing companies in our industry.

Matt Calkins, CEO, and Chairman of the Board of Appian
Matt Calkins is Appian's founder, CEO, and Chairman of the Board. Matt grew Appian from a startup in his basement to the most successful software IPO of 2017 with only $10 million of outside capital. He serves on the board of the Sorensen Institute and sits on the Leadership Council for the Virginia Public Access Project. Matt was the top Economics graduate of his class at Dartmouth. Chad Collier, CEO and Founder of CarSaver
With a desire to enter into the auto business as a teen, Collier started as a lot attendant and began selling cars to pay his way through college. Collier quickly ascended to sales management and general management positions. In 2004, when Collier was 26 years old he achieved his first major goal when he became the youngest non-succession Ford dealer in Ford Motor Company history. Chad was a recipient of the Automotive News "Innovative Dealer of the Year" in 2008. Chad acquired multiple dealerships in the central southern states. Collier bought and sold three dealerships, including to Autonation, by the age of 32.
