Immigrants formed the United States. Why you should care about immigrants in your Society...
by Marissa De leon
Many times immigrants are looked down upon and shown no compassion due to the fact that they are stamped as immigrants. However, we as citizens of society, should volunteer at immigration respite centers to give that feeling of reassurance and care to those immigrants who are alone and in need of help, and make a change. In honest reality, immigrants benefit us in many ways. If only we gave them the chance to show us, we would understand.

Immigrants formed the United States. Why you should care about immigrants in your Society.
Many times, immigrants are looked down upon and shown no compassion due to the fact that they are stamped as immigrants. However, that should not be the case, and we, as citizens, should do our part and volunteer at immigration respite centers in order to give reassurance and care to immigrants who feel alone and unwelcome. In honest reality, immigrants benefit us in many ways. If only we gave them the chance to show us, we would understand.
