Hey everyone, My name is Alexia Gallien. I am 27 and from Louisiana. Have you ever been in your own head, overthinking, stressed, sad maybe, or just plain lost? I've been there countless times. I often asked myself if there was something wrong with me? or was it simply me having no choice but to react to what I was dealt with in my environment? In this podcast I will speak on topics that may be challenging, sad, hurtful, or maybe even taboo. Why? Because, What better way to heal, other than talking it out and getting... out of our own head?
