Slow Down and Look at your Reflection

Self-reflection is one of the most underrated tools for self-development. Although it’s so much easier to escape into a reality show on TV, we rarely learn about ourselves through that experience. Instead, if we focus on ourselves, the way we focus on reality shows, we unearth our own strengths, our flaws, our behaviors and our beliefs, and give ourselves the opportunity to think through what we want to change to get a step closer to the person we want to become. In this episode, I bring to light this very same thought process. Please visit my website at www.innersensecoaching.com. You can also connect with me on LinkedIn or follow me on Instagram.
