Inspirations on Wax

In 1997, I began a Gospel Mixtape series called "The Shorty B Gospel Show". This mixtape series contained the latest and greatest in Urban Gospel Music, expertly mixed by myself, DJ Shorty B. In 1999, I began a Mixtape Series called "Inspirations on Wax". Inspirations on Wax contained classic and cutting edge Gospel and Inspirational House and Dance Music. The Name Inspirations on Wax came when I was stationed in Germany in the late 90s. I was playing one of my Gospel House Mixes in the maintenance shop I worked in, and one of my Soldiers said "Mann, this mix is pretty Inspirational". Since I was using vinyl Records (wax) to make the mixes, the series name "Inspirations on Wax" was born. The Inspirations on Wax Mixtape Series, as well as the Shorty B Gospel Show were the soundtrack to many church picnics, Gospel aerobics sessions, and Gospel skate parties.
