Ending doubt for good
Whenever you feel tempted to check in on your progress over and over, asking yourself questions like "is this working?" you may find something surprising. That question is actually doubt in disguise. When your mind is driven by doubt, fear, or mistrust in the process, your brain tends to seek evidence that suggests "it's not working," even if it actually is.Doubt makes us question the process, question ourselves, and question why results aren't showing up fast enough. In this episode, we talk about: Why "is it working?" is actually "I don't think this is working."The difference between doubt-based evidence and intuition-based evidenceHow to stop fighting bad thoughts (because you can't change them)And the one thought that shifts everything: "Maybe it's turning out better than I expect.” If you've tried manifestation, affirmations, meditations, pros and cons lists, and you're still not getting what you want, this one's for you. Don't let go of the dream yet.Learn more about intuition, metacognition, and our signature program, Intuition-Led EQ at intuitionmindset.com

How to see what's good through metacognition
Metacognition is a term coined in the 1970s, but the practice is at least 2,400 years old, dating back to the greats of Greece. The instruction was simple: start thinking about your thinking. View your thoughts from above and see where they're actually taking you. Then ask yourself, is this working for me? Most people never do this. Why? Because thinking about thinking can be a difficult practice at first. But in this episode, we aim to simplify the initial steps toward metacognition and the development of an intuition mindset. We cover: How to notice the thought patterns that are costing you your peace, inspiration, and clarityWhy doubt is not critical thinking, but a constellation of fearful thoughts dressed up as logicHow frustration marks the precise moment momentum effort can tip into looping, unhelpful compulsionThe mind, like the body, gets sharper with deliberate practice and attention. You go to the gym to train your body. You go to metacognition to train your mind. These are the reps. To actively seek out what's good and what's best, you must tell your mind to do so. Intuition Mindset® teaches "whole mind intelligence:" the integration of emotional intelligence, cognitive clarity, and intuition-based awareness. If you want a structured place to apply this work, our Intuition-Led EQ 8-week program blends metacognitive and emotional intelligence principles into a single framework, built for people who are ready to meet the most intelligent parts of their mind.Program, upcoming workshops, and more: intuitionmindset.com

Your mind's two modes: which one is smarter?
Your brain has two operating modes. The default mind (the one you go to when you’re not choosing) is pressured, binary, and narrowing. It's the mind grinding and overthinking toward an answer. The other, intuition-led mind processes complexity in the background and surfaces answers without the mental warfare or drama. The switch between them is easier than you think and includes a few of our favorite things! Relaxing your mind with healthy distractions and playing in a way that works for you (for starters). In this episode, Jessica and Hannah break down how to make that switch, including a simple emotional shortcut you can use whenever you want to connect to your intuition mindset more easily. You'll learn:What the default mind actually costs you cognitivelyWhy forcing insight kills itHow to identify your personal intuitive emotion as an access pointWhy play is the most strategic thing on your to-do listIf you've ever solved a problem in the shower and wondered why your best thinking happens when you stop trying, this episode explains it all. What to do when you’re feeling stuck
If you're feeling stuck, there's nothing wrong with you! Feeling stuck isn't a motivational problem. It's a sign from your inner mentor (that’s your intuition) that something internally is working its way through. In this episode, Jessica and Hannah break down what's happening in your mind when forward momentum seems to stop, what's going on when you're feeling frustrated, and why trying to "power through" is often the worst thing you can do.Topics include the relationship between EQ and intuitive access, the three-step process for working with big emotions, and why you can't shortcut to higher-order intelligence without integrating the language of feeling first. For information about the Intuition-Led EQ class we mentioned at the end, which starts June 2, visit: https://intuitionmindset.com/intuition-led-eq And, for more about what we’re doing to “normalize intuition” into every part of life and business, check us out at www.intuitionmindset.com We're excited to hang with you!
