"Jim Peters At Night" ("JPAN" for short) is a nightly interview program, broadcasting live at 9 PM Eastern / 6 PM Pacific on six popular platforms Monday through Thursday nights. Each installment consists of an interview with a single guest for the first half; then Jim does "The Snooze News" for the second half. Jim is a fantastic interviewer: he's been called "the Larry King of his generation" and "the reincarnation of Tom Snyder", among other things. (He especially likes the latter reference: "Sometimes I watch myself and think I'm so much like Snyder, it's creepy...")

    TOM VERNON - 4.23.26

Tonight Jim talks with the co-host of the very popular UAP Files podcast, TOM VERNON, about all thing UAP, UFO and extraterrestrial. Jim agrees with Tom: Other than the fact that "people" are coming here, no one knows what's going on - and maybe it's beyond human comprehension. Then in Footnotes: What's been lost in the reporting on the Iraq war - other than the fact that, regardless of what the U.S. legacy press tells you, WE'RE WINNING - is that a whole bunch of condoms cannot get through the Strait of Hormuz. Maybe we should spell "whole" without the "w"....

    THINK ON AI - 4.22.26

Our regular caller THINK joins us tonight to talk about what impact AI is going to have on society, and to play us his new cinematic AI creation: It's like the trailer for a non-existent movie - and it is spectacular. Then in Footnotes, Jim talks about the fact they had to shut down experiments on the Voyager 1 spacecraft, to preserve electricity - 49 YEARS LATER, it's *still* sending data back to Earth. Meanwhile, your power went out last week...

  3. 2

    TRACY BYRNES - 4.20.26

Former Fox Business Network anchor TRACY BYRNES joins Jim tonight to talk about how the general public, and women specifically, don't know enough about how to deal with money. (That's been a running theme on this show for some time now.) Then in the "Why is Everyone So Horny?" department, Greta Thunberg's progressive flotilla is rocked by sex scandal - because apparently legal consenting adult volunteers want to do the nasty on the waves, and that's wrong for the cause... or something. Since when did leftists get so stick-in-the-mud?....

  4. 1

    BRUCE DE TORRES - 4.16.26

Tonight Jim talks with author and philosopher BRUCE DE TORRES about the small cadre of elites who want to control the planet, and what the average citizen should do about it (answer: love each other...). Then in Footnotes: More news about those missing scientists; and a physicist has come up with a new quantum theory: Maybe there is no randomness - it's just that we can't see the patterns (yet). Can we apply this to the missing scientists?....

    PAUL BLAKE SMITH - 4.14.26

Tonight Jim talks with author PAUL BLAKE SMITH, who has produced three meticulously documented books on UFO encounters: one on the famous UFO crash in Cape Girardeau, Missouri - Paul's hometown - in 1941; one of President Eisenhower's alleged meetings - three - with aliens in 1954; and one on the famous apocryphal story of President Nixon taking Jackie Gleason to Homestead Air Force base in 1973 to see dead alien bodies (Paul's conclusion: it really happened). The amount of work Smith has put into documenting and verifying this information is nothing short of incredible. This is an interview not to be missed.

    BEEGE WELBORN - 4.9.26

Tonight the very witty and funny BEEGE WELBORN from HotAir.com joins Jim to talk about her family ties to the military, and life and times in general. Then in Footnotes: The government of China experiences one of the biggest data breaches anyone could possibly have - seriously, it's big. And: Anthropic AI says its new version of Claude is so powerful they can't release it to the public. Truth or marketing gimmick? And do you think Jim knows which it is? (Hint: He doesn't....)

  7. -2

    LISA BRODERICK - 4.8.26

When she was a child, LISA BRODERICK had an accident that completely changed her thoughts on the nature of time. She grew up to be a corporate CEO and consultant - but those thoughts about time never left her, and she finally wrote a book about all aspects of time - the physical, the metaphysical and the practical. She joins Jim tonight to talk about time, and whether time travel is even possible. Then in the Footnotes: the New York Times thinks they have finally discovered the identity of the inventor of Bitcoin - and how they discovered it is just as fascinating as who it is....

  8. -3

    LAURA RANGER - 4.7.26

Until now, author LAURA RANGER's output has consisted entirely of novels - and then she heard the story of Wyoming oilman Carl Higdon, who not only claimed to have been abducted by extraterrestrials, but in his case there was significant physical evidence to boot. This compelled Laura to write her first non-fiction book, about Carl's story. Laura joins Jim tonight to tell Higdon's tale.

  9. -4

    LOUISA PECK - 4.2.26

When she was 22 years old, self-described atheist LOUISA PECK ingested what she thought was cocaine - turned out to be a fatal dose of lidocane - at a nightclub and went into cardiac arrest. She had what we now call a near-death experience, which changed her life - but not before she fought the consequences of it for years, before going what she calls "full woo-woo". She's written two well-received books about it, and she joins Jim tonight to talk about guardian angels, how traditional religion plays into all of this, and how being a ghost might me a form of addiction. An interview not to be missed.

Weird, wild stuff....

Then in the Footnotes: Turns out there was a secret *military* reason for building the new White House ballroom - and the President is damn pissed that a lawsuit forced them to reveal that. Tonight financial consultant and author MARK QUANN explains to us why most people manage their money all wrong, and how almost all of the tax-avoidance tricks used by the wealthy are also available to the average middle-class person - something Jim has been saying for a long time. Then continuing with this theme, Jim talks about the hilariousness of the "Pussy Convoy" of liberal kids that have gone to Cuba to "save" it; no one talks about the irony of a communist country needing a capitalist country to bail it out. Oh, but of course: socialism keeps failing because it's never been done right. And Jim has a bridge in Brooklyn he wants to sell you....

  14. -9

Tonight Jim has a rollicking good-time conversation with our friend and "America's Therapist", DR. GILDA CARLE, where she talks about why men have affairs, why women want to change men and what the "woke women" really want - oh, and how she dated Prince Albert of Monaco, of all people. Then in the Snooze News: In the last three months, six prominent scientists associated with the U.S. military have either died mysteriously or gone missing. And is it just a coincidence that they supposedly all had involvement with UFO stuff? If the Greys land in your back yard and offer to take you for a ride, maybe you shouldn't go....

  15. -10

    KATIE ASHER - 3.19.26

  19. -14

    JOHN O'CONNOR - 3.10.26

Our entire show tonight consists of Jim's interview with attorney JOHN O'CONNOR, who was Mark Felt's lawyer when he decided to come forward and reveal himself as the notorious "Deep Throat" of Watergate fame. John wrote the original article in Vanity Fair that outed Felt - with his permission - and then, years later, the book "Postgate", which contends that the Washington Post actually did more to cover up the Watergate affair than expose it. 20. -15

    KENNETH ABRAMOWITZ - 3.9.26

Jim's guest tonight is author KENNETH ABRAMOWITZ, who, after doing really well on Wall Street, has devoted his life to pointing out the evil that is trying to take over Western society, and how said evil is going about doing it. 22. -17

    ANDY ROSS - 3.4.26

If you look up "entrepreneur" in the dictionary, you'll probably find a pic of ANDY ROSS. Singer, songwriter, recording artist, business founder, inventor, reality TV host... He's done it all, and continues to do it - and he still brings the party wherever he goes. He's Jim's guest tonight. Then in the Snooze News: Jim is genuinely baffled on how anybody could be against this Iran war action; it seems like there's many people who would rather see the nation fail than give Donald Trump a win. And: The Mars Curiosity Rover snaps a pic of a classic flying saucer... flying over Mars. Yeah, you read that right. We don't think there's many abductions going on there, though....

  23. -18

    THINK - 2.26.26

One of our favorite callers over the years has been a guy who goes by the name of THINK. He's Vietnamese by birth and a technologist by profession, and Jim wants to talk about AI - so he invited Think on as a guest. Think's take on the whole AI think is both enlightening and encouraging - no doom and gloom stuff here. Then in the Snooze News: After almost 50 years, the FBI has identified a new suspect in the D.B. Cooper hijacking case from 1971. Then in the Snooze News, Jim comes back to this article by AI technologist Matt Schumer that has the whole computer industry on edge with his apocalyptic warning. Speaking of which, a Chinese company just unveiled an AI humanoid robot that can run 22 miles an hour. Which means: You can't outrun it. How convenient....

  25. -20

    JONATHAN BUTCHER - 2.17.26

Maybe someday they'll replace your girlfriend. Or, um, you.....
