Her is something you can play in the car while you go about driving as you move around you can notice that it changes slightly when you record it as though you're going to new cell there's someone on the power lines or a cell that follows a tracker of you thoughts now you can deceive them by thinking different things as you drive through one cell to the other it's rather humous that there is actually someone out there listening and watching you
