All around the US, frontline associates are dealing with a work environment unlike any in American history. Harassment from customers, managers hell bent on making a good corporate impression, and companies who openly place dollars before human health. Each week, I’ll talk to frontline workers from around the country and learn more about what their experiencing in their daily lives. We will discuss everything from corporate motivations on down to a day in the trenches, as we all journey to the end of this pandemic, or society as we once knew it.
