Ep. 30 - Mic Drop - The Last Chat
The time has come - the final episode of Just Say More. While it’s an emotional sign-off for me, it comes with an overwhelming amount of gratitude, love, and accomplishment. When I started this podcast, my goal was to record 30 episodes. I’m so very thankful to every single person that has shared in those 30 episodes and the amount of community, growth, and belonging that has come from those conversations is just beyond anything I could have imagined. We never know what the future holds, so maybe I’ll be back someday, but for now, this is farewell. As much as I’ve loved this space, and as many times as I’ve tried to talk myself into continuing, I know without a doubt that 30 episodes is exactly where I was supposed to land. The last year and a half has been a dream, and I’ve learned so much about myself and those around me, but I’ve also recognized the need to allow myself to be a little more present with the world right in front of me. This has been such a healing journey for me and I truly feel like this has allowed me to turn a negative and somewhat trauma-filled few months into one of the most positive experiences of my life. If you only take one thing away from following along with me here, I hope it’s that you always feel encouraged to share your story and be kind to everyone around you. You truly never know what someone is going through or how much sharing your own experiences could help others. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for being here. I’ll be cheering you all on as you go forth in life and create everything you want for yourself. Never forget that you are enough and you belong. My Discount Codes: Chalkboard Candle Company - chalkboardcandleco.com Code: LaurenB for 15% off your orderJust Ingredients - justingredients.us Code: LaurenBittner (with no space in between) for 10% off your orderProtea Nutrition: https://proteanutrition.com/collective/LaurenBCLEARSTEM Skincare - https://clearstem.com/LAURENBITTNERCode: LAURENBITTNER for 20% off your order

Ep. 26 - Navigating the Fine Line Between Burnout and the Need for Change
It's interesting when you start something new and you share it on social media because everyone just watches as you try to figure out what the heck you're doing. I've had to take a hard look at what I've been doing over the past few months and really come back to the basics. There's always an external source telling you that you could do more but I'm turning up the volume from within and leaning in to what actually works and makes sense for me. Hopefully this conversation inspires you to do the same!My Discount Codes:Chalkboard Candle Company -chalkboardcandleco.comCode: LaurenB for 15% off your orderJust Ingredients -justingredients.usCode: LaurenBittner (with no space in between) for 10% off your orderProtea Nutrition:https://proteanutrition.com/collective/LaurenB

Ep. 20 - See You in 2025!
Today's episode is the last one for this year! I'll be taking November and December off from putting podcasts out so I can be fully present for the holidays with my family and a few other fun things we have coming up! I'll still be recording episodes, sending my newsletter, and engaging on social media, so I'm not going anywhere. Let's do a little recap of the year in this episode and talk about what's to come!

Ep. 19 - The Q&A You Didn’t Know You Needed
In this episode, I have the honor of doing a Q&A with my mom. We each chose 10 questions to ask each other, and we didn’t share the questions until we were recording and asking them out loud to each other. We had a lot of great discussions within our answers to each question and our questions revolved around topics that I think everyone can relate to and take something away from. As you listen to this episode you will learn more about me and hear a lot of great wisdom from my mom that I hope you can carry with you as you go.

Ep. 15 - Discovering Meditation & Mindfulness with Jimmy Wightman
Jimmy Wightman is a meditation and mindfulness teacher based in Brighton, UK. He’s been featured on the BBC, The Guardian, The Telegraph, Yahoo News and other similar publications. Jimmy’s interest in meditation started after many years of partying and DJing on the London clubbing scene left him feeling broken, depressed and suffering from insomnia. In a desperate attempt to gain back control of his life, Jimmy found a teacher from the ancient Vedic tradition (from India) and discovered a profound level of inner peace and stillness that was previously unthinkable. Despite being an atheist at the time, that was the beginning of his spiritual journey. Jimmy went onto explore many styles of practice such as Transcendental Meditation, Vipassana and Zen before training as a meditation teacher himself. He now teaches deep mantra meditation inspired by Himalayan Yogis (Advaita Vedanta tradition) as well as mindfulness inspired by his teacher Shinzen Young (author of The Science of Enlightenment). You can find out more about Jimmy at his website: DelveDeep.com and on Instagram where he’s known as That Meditation Guy.

Ep. 09 - Uncovering the Facts of Ozempic with Olivia Brown, DNP
In this episode we talk with Olivia Brown, DNP, about the facts on Ozempic. Olivia started her healthcare journey as a registered nurse back in 2014, and she worked as an RN for five years while completing her family practice focused doctor of nursing practice degree. She started her career as a family practice nurse practitioner in 2019 at a small town, rural clinic and hospital where she worked for four years before transitioning to her current primary care role at a tribal clinic. Her day-to-day consists of caring for people through the whole lifespan for both wellness visits, chronic disease management and sick visits. Our topic in the episode today is one that was a requested topic, and honestly I wasn’t sure that I was going to tackle this topic because I just don’t know a lot about it and there are so many differing opinions out there. I know it’s an important topic though, so today we are talking about Ozempic. I’ve mostly heard about this from social media and just different celebrities talking about their experience or speaking out about it, but I learned a lot about the many uses of Ozempic and pros and cons that I really just didn’t know through this conversation. I hope you enjoy it!

Ep. 07 - Exploring the Path to Wellness with Lori Steinley
In this episode we talk with Lori Steinley. Lori has been in healthcare for 35 years and has served in various roles and specialties. Lori is a physician assistant, physical therapist, naturopath, reflexologist and a nutritional consultant. A pivotal event in her life was being diagnosed with Lyme disease and associated co-infections over 20 years ago. At that time the uncertainty and lack of understanding and follow through of treatment led to frustration and seeking alternative avenues of care. This caused her to seek and learn whole-body treatments to help with a variety of symptoms, including chronic pain and fatigue. One of the most difficult lessons was the ongoing threat of a flare of the disease and how to guard against it by enhancing her immunity and health. Lori enjoys using her traditional medical background and skills along with her integrative techniques to reach a higher level of health. She enjoys working with clients to make lifestyle changes along with using interventions and treatments. She believes it is paying it forward to those who have helped her. Ep. 05 - Navigating Careers, Motherhood, and Everything in Between with Abby Green
In this episode we’re talking with Abby Green, and we’re talking about being a working mother. And if you’re not a working mother, I promise there is still a lot of information that can be taken from this episode. I found Abby through the Pursuing HER Purpose podcast where they focus on helping others hit their goals without losing themselves, their values, or their relationships along the way. They believe in the whole person vs. the long-term hustle approach and demonstrating to their children what living a life full of purpose is truly about. Like I said, a topic I think we all can relate to in some way. Abby is a mother of three who worked in corporate America for the majority of her career. She worked hard to create a work life that also made sense as a wife and mother until her purpose led her elsewhere. I’m really excited for you to hear this one.
